Chilblains - what to do?

Hello everyone!

I was wondering if anyone has advice on how to deal with chilblains on their toes? I know it’s not an issue created from running, but I have developed them for the first time (I have raynauds) in the last couple of days and they are stopping me for walking, let alone running!

I have tried different types of socks, heating my toes up, and medication too! This is just making me sad and I and annoyed because I’ve finally got motivation for running.

I can't think of anything to suggest. I have Raynaud's too but tend to just get it bad in my fingers. I try and keep my feet warm and dry which seems to help and so far have not got chilblains. Might be worth asking in the scleroderma and Raynaud's board.
