Not sure if I have asthma or not?
I then consulted a
chest
specialist who investigated this issue by requesting a
chest
x

and referring me for lung function tests which were both normal. This consultant did seem to be of the view that I had asthma. I then met with another chest specialist for a further opinion.

Chest pain
At hospital had a further 2 ecg

and bloods taken, thankfully everything came back clear and was allowed home. I did explain I have GCA and my adrenal glands not functioning plus my steroids level etc this was noted without any reference.

Upset to say the Least
Had a
chest
x

ray
and it showed pulmonary hyperinflation. This indicates COPD. Haven't smoked in over 20 years, have no real symptoms until after this x-ray. That x-ray has bothered me mentally!

Scared and worried
We were seen by a doctor who also wanted a
chest
x

ray
. That was done very quickly and he was immediately put into a side ward, then within a further 10 minutes was admitted to a ward.

GP told me my RA is all in my head😡😡😡???(Long post sorry)
No

no bloods no nothing. Anyways, it was time for me to lower the dose of my prednisone from 7.5 to 5 mg so I did that and I stopped taking plaquinil... I wanted to test this theory of being healthy and imagining it all.

Myocarditis duration? Help needed
ECG showed inverted T-waves but all other tests were normal (echo, bloods, CT of blood vessels,
chest
X
-
ray
). 6 weeks later and I am still unwell - I feel ok until I try to do anything remotely physical (eg short walk to the shops) where I end up sore and breathless for a few days afterwards.

Breathing ? Longish post)
Chest

, labs were fine. At that time my EKG and echo were abnormal and I saw a cardiologist. Everything checked out ok, to include a nuclear stress test. Symptoms never got better and worsened several months ago.

April 2016 after a sudden decrease in FEV1 to 33% my GP confirmed COPD and prescribed Eklira Aclidinium bromide 322 mcg. Despite taking all 3 inhalers as described I was still getting very breathless.

Pneumonia etc. 😢
I had a
chest

in hospital and I assume had anything dodgy shown up they would have said something. It’s just the fact that I have had the cough for so long that my anxieties are telling me it’s something worse. Anybody had anything similar and it been a good outcome?

Pain under rib
I had a

last year to see if there was anything there and there wasn't. Could this be rheumatoid related ? I'm a bit anxious to go to the docs about it because I worried that this comes as part of the RA package and they will think I'm.just wasting their time. Thanks

PMR symptoms minimal at 3mgpd :-) But... SORE Upper Ribs and Sternum - Ouch! What to do re. Pred dosage - One for the Aunties..? ;-)
A recent
