First night with Urso
Well thank you for your encouragement. I literally tried a small grain of urso last night and will do that amount until I get a confirmation from hepatologist. I got many of the effects you all describe especially intestinal burn. My appetite is not great and i feel veey bloated and my gastroparesis

What causes pleural effusion (stage 4 Adenocarcinoma)
The
chest
X

showed a pleural effusion and I am just wondering what can cause this? Does it always mean a malignant effusion? As far as we know my mum has metastases to her bones, adrenal glands and lymph nodes in her chest but no recurrence within her actual lungs.

A little bit of a treatment break
A recent
chest

showed that my pleural effusions are still stable so my oncologist doesn't think they are responsible for my breathlessness but they have agreed to refer me to a respiratory specialist. I think this is mostly because I keep moaning about my breathing.

Almost three weeks post ablation - SOB
They did a

last Friday and no fluid or infection. Doctor said it will take time to heal. When I am laying down I don't get the SOB only when upright and my oxygen saturation averages 88 but sometimes dips below this.

Weird chest...
I have had a ECG,
chest
X
ray
, and echocardiogram done, and the results from both came back as fine. My blood pressure is a tad above normal, but my doctor has put this down to white collar syndrome, as it fell substantially after the 2nd test.
