Clinical Trial with Abemaciclib and Olaparib
I had a total abdominal hysterectomy in addition to
chemotherapy
with Taxol/Carboplatin, then Zegula for maintenance. My CA125 dropped down to 11, but 4 months later at my checkup, that number shot up. Legions were found at the back end of my colon, on my liver, and on my psoas muscle.

Invitro study shows Delta Tocotrienol overcomes Docetaxel resistence in PCa

Good news from the ATTLAS trial for patients with EGFR mutations and ALK translocations.

Update re: My cancer and subsequent tinnitus.
Recently I had a PET scan to make sure the
chemotherapy
worked as intended, and while it shrunk my germ cell tumour (from testicular cancer) down significantly from something like 5 inches down to half an inch, the results were in what the doctor called a “grey area” where they can’t be 100% sure if

Boner during shower
My husband has been on Nubeqa and has Zoladex shots since November ( 2023 ) . He finished chemo on April 18 ( 2024 ) . He has had many issues even before treatment with getting an erection and low sex drive ( doctor said it was from enlarged prostate ) . He is having a weird thing that has been occurring

I nave plural effusion in my left lung metastasis from ovarian cancer. I had a surgery last September 23 with WATS. Now I’m on strong chemo but this plural effusion is the same. I had five line of carboplatin, Bevacizumab, zentabun. Noting helps. I will try 3-4 more and if it’s not change I will stop

Bad flareup :(
Hiya everyone; Yesterday I had the worst flareup I've ever had :(. I had friends round for the weekend and I took about 6 Loperamide so I could eat 'normally'. I have done this before and it usually works to prevent the diarrhoea and urgency. Well, it did that, but it seems that I had a partial bowel

Zoladex to what age?
I'm 77 have had P/S since 2014 and am told thats it as to any furtehr treatment. Had Chemo - failed after seven. Had radiotherapy seemed to be positve but now suffering from Lymphodemia and having a bowel issue. (R/T causal). Not exactly randy given my age, and co-morbidities, so is there any point
