Stopping Actemra
I start
chemotherapy
for the MGRS next week, which is the same as the chemo for full Multiple Myeloma, which I do not have. High dose steroids are one of the drugs in the chemical cocktail I will be on plus a different biologic, a protease inhibitor and perhaps other drugs.

When will I be smarter?
I needed leave for my brother's
chemotherapy
and had to meet my teacher as well as principal for leave , even after that they made a fuss that I am already destroying my medical career by not attending.

Update May 15, 2024
I asked about the post
chemotherapy
syndrome and was told that was not the cause, as it only last the first couple of chemo treatments. Wants him to have another PMSAT scan. Ask it that would tell us why PSA is increasing and was told it would show any active cancer cells.

Treatment after Lu /Pluvicto?
I'm beginning to suspect that pubished survival benefits for Radium 223/Pluvicto and
chemotherapy
cannot be assumed to be anticipated if the patient has had Pluvicto. My husband has completed 6 sessions of Pluvicto (pre-chemo) and is now progressing. His team (including Dr.

Mastectomies
The option of removing the cancerous tissue only is not there because they forgot to put a marker in before
chemotherapy
. What is everyone's experience of the benefit of mastectomy in this sort of situation? We also have no idea what her life expectancy is, as no-one will tell us!

Restart
However in November 2022 I got the worst news ever- I had cancer - by December 25th I was laid in hospital after having 2 major surgery's in 2 days. 6 weeks later it was time for
chemotherapy
& daily radiotherapy for a further 6 weeks.

Surviving cancer: some options for you to consider
Mon-Fri I decided to have 23 treatments of: radiotherapy, and Friday's, the added
chemotherapy
mix of carboplatin and Plaxetaxel (Apparently Flox is too strong for my body to accept).

Should I also start
chemotherapy
with docetaxel? And/or should I also start RT for the prostate and the 4 spots in the bones? Would proton therapy be advisable? I will be very grateful for any input.

Introduction: Shaunjon, 47, I went through pelvic radiation in 2009. I have been through a lot, unnecessarily, unfortunately.
Chemotherapy
in 2014. I've learned a lot so feel free to ask anything. I have questions but nothing that important.

Could I try BAT to restore sensitivity to previously used antiandrogen treatments.
Once I finish Radium 223 then I am only offered
chemotherapy
at this point.

URGENT! Has anyone had Lomustine and Sativex together?
He then had
chemotherapy
and radiation therapy together. He was later meant to have six months of
chemotherapy
using a higher dose of Temozolomide. The GBM came back and he had to have surgery (December 2023) to debulk the tumour after only three months of
chemotherapy
with Temozolomide.

Intriguing new research discovery
Instead of killing the cancer cells with radiation or
chemotherapy
, we are showing how to paralyze them. This is great news because you don’t really have to kill the cells, which is a harsh approach that targets both cancerous and healthy cells.

Antiandrogen Withdrawal Syndrome After Stopping Enzalutamide in Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer: Two Case Reports & Review
This was initially described for older agents, such as flutamide, bicalutamide, and nilutamide; moreover, before the approval of enzalutamide and abiraterone, this phenomenon could be used to postpone the beginning of
chemotherapy
in mCRPC [7]. AAWS after enzalutamide is not well established.
