I'm worrying about the results and have a cotoscolopy (however it's spelt) next Wednesday. I have recently come on my period and I

Cervix Query.. A cervix survey..
So, I'm not sure if this is Endo related or not... but where else can I talk to supportive women who know more about women's bodies than most GPs.. ( and it seems at times, my gyne consultant!) I usually use a moon cup when I'm on, and as I was inserting it the other day, I realised that I haven't examined

Blood test finds cancer before symptoms start

It certainly appears to be promising. ________________________________________________________________________________________ "Researchers

BMJ Best Practice website advice on B12 deficiency
Hi all I came across this document whilst inadvertently finding a "back door" into the BMJ "Best Practice" website. Help - pre IVF panic
Goodness where to start. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 6 years now, during which time we've established that I have PCOS and Endo. We tried Clomid which sent me utterly loopy and I ended up having to take 2 weeks off work each cycle as I couldn't function. We were then referred

B12 messing with hormones
Hi, I have b12 deficiency and have injections every 12 weeks. I've read that b12 can affect hormones. To the point I started to bleed yesterday and its not my period that finished over a week ago my next injection is in 5 days I am really tired now so my b12 levels would be low. Could this be why it's

Diazepam- what dosage to take?
After having a bad experience I really struggle to have any type of internal examination, I need to have a smear on Tuesday and the doctor has given me some 5mg diazepam tablets - has anyone taken diazepam for this type of thing and what dosage did you take and how effective was it? I've already had

Can endo be linked to chronic back pain?
Hi everyone sorry for the long post! I just signed up to this site as I have been suffering with all kinds of gynae problems for the past 8 years and have felt somewhat let down by doctors. I'm finally due for lap next week to hopefully get endo diagnosis. I have had all types of ultrasounds/blood tests

Rectal bleeding during period, sigmoidoscopy shows no endo. Any ideas...?
Thanks for reading this, I'll try and keep it brief. My first visit to the GP was in December for bleeding during sex. It was enough to fully cover the part of the tissue I'd use to wipe (sorry for the details). Had a smear test at that point too which came back normal. Doc referred me to gynae consultant
