Smear test private?
Has anyone had a smear test done through private health care? If so, how much was it and which company did you go through? I've been pushing for a year with my doctors to get one done but they will not budge!

Cervical smear
Well, you’ve got to laugh 😂. I’ve had a letter inviting me to go for my routine smear test, I rather fancied forwarding the letter to the hospital where I had my surgery because they have my cervix but thought better of it, but I do have a rather naughty sense of humour 😂. I contacted my GP surgery

Newbie...Possible Adenomyosis (or Endometriosis or Fibroids)!
Hello, I'm new here and wondering if there are any who have had a similar situation to me. I am 43, had severely painful and long and heavy periods in my teens and 20s. Went on Depo Provera in my 30s for 5 years which was amazing. No pain, no period, no migrained. Came off it and still no pain or migraines

smear tests and leg pain
Random question! One of my odd symptoms of suspected endo is I get back and leg pain. I just had my smear test and I had pain down my left leg afterwards...does anyone else have this problem or is it just my weird body?

Thinking about using Senna - advice please
Hi all, My almost 5 yr old has been on Movicol for 2 years. We are on a maintenance dose of 1&1/2 paediatric sachets daily and getting on fairly well. I feel as though the Movicol makes them soft and easy to pass but creates so much poo! To the point where sometimes he will have a smear in his pants

Small red bleed 7 and 9dp5dt
Hi all. I don't normally say much here as I'm on my first round of IVF and don't often know what to say but find it invaluable to read everyone's experience. I am currently 9dp5dt and two days ago (Saturday), I started to bleed a small amount of red (not pink) blood in the evening. Yesterday, it became

Confuse about PCOS
I was told I have polycystic ovaries, last year, after a miscarriage in 2016, it didn't show on blood test, but on internal scan it shows, My period has been very regular until the last 7 months. I was prescribed metformin, but due other health complication I was advise to stop by my GP as it was interfering

Introduction-new here
Hi Everyone, I’ve been lurking awhile not ready to post. This is my second board I’ve joined. I’ll go to the other boards every once in awhile to read. However, honestly...I found some negative—and I just don’t need that now. I want to stay positive. I am “living” with stage 4 breast cancer. I

Endometriosis coming back and now abnormal cells on smear.
Hello all. I hope I can get some reassurance from you. I will try and keep this as short as possible. In May 2017 I had a laproscopy which finally diagnosed my endo after ten years of symptoms. After the lap I felt great, no pain, no horrible periods, no back pain.. All great as they treated it there
