Does anyone experience this at ovulation (it's a bit TMI!)
OK so this is a bit of an unpleasant question... For many years now at the middle of my cycle I pass a large amount of very thick, clear 'stuff'. It's like a jelly consistency. It's always really painful, like I can feel it working is way down through tubes for the couple of days before it comes out.

Slightly odd question
So I recently went to the drs to put through my ivf referral. Whilst there I had a chat with the nurse whilst doing the cervical screening and she seemed to think that the mucus is different after ovulation compared to before ovulation... Now I am in no way taking this as a sign it is not reliable

Elevated B12?
Hi, can anyone please help me? I am 21 and recently found out that I have high B12 (approx. 2000) after taking a full blood count at the start of the year. However, my GP noticed that everything else was normal including my folate levels which is odd considering most people have problems with B12/folate

Hi Everyone, my oncologist called me yesterday. Always that apprehension...it made me recall when he called to tell me the stage 4 dx. On that day, naively, I thought “oh, how nice. He’s just calling me to check in” as two weeks had passed from when my gynecologist did the Pap smear that revealed

Blood and mucus when farting
Hello all Sorry to be so open but I am experiencing some very strange symptoms and I wonder if anyone has had the same. During the past 5 years I have had some bleeding after bowel movements, particularly when I was pregnant. When I was pregnant I also sometimes passed a very small amount of clear tissue

Hysterscopy/Mirena?
So I had my first gynaecology appointment today. I mentioned all my symptoms and he wrote everything down. He then tried to do an exam with the speculum (like having a smear test), but the pain was horrendous. So he had to stop. He then said he wants to do a hysteroscopy and put the mirena coil in at

Worried about high risk anal HPV
Hi all. I am a 51 year old gay man and I've just been diagnosed with anal HPV 33. Type 33 is one of the high risk types. I then had an anal PAP smear which came back with no abnormal cells but I'm not really reassured. Firstly, I think PAP smears are only about 70% accurate and the fact that I have

Smear test private?
Has anyone had a smear test done through private health care? If so, how much was it and which company did you go through? I've been pushing for a year with my doctors to get one done but they will not budge!

Cervical smear
Well, you’ve got to laugh 😂. I’ve had a letter inviting me to go for my routine smear test, I rather fancied forwarding the letter to the hospital where I had my surgery because they have my cervix but thought better of it, but I do have a rather naughty sense of humour 😂. I contacted my GP surgery

Newbie...Possible Adenomyosis (or Endometriosis or Fibroids)!
Hello, I'm new here and wondering if there are any who have had a similar situation to me. I am 43, had severely painful and long and heavy periods in my teens and 20s. Went on Depo Provera in my 30s for 5 years which was amazing. No pain, no period, no migrained. Came off it and still no pain or migraines
