Hello every one had a abnormal smear in december and treatment in jan now o had big bleeds last one had to go doctors with it was that bad had scan but nothing to worry about any way my concern is I get pains down there happened last and this month but my next smear is july

Hi Carrie-marie. I'm so sorry to hear this. Can I ask what were the abnormal results and what was the treatment? Excessive bleeding is a problem, and there is always a cause. Being told there is nothing to worry about doesn't make sense to me. Can you describe this bleeding, when it occurs and for how long? What the scan of your complete abdomen and female parts? Some causes of excessive bleeding can be polyps, hormonal imbalance, polycystic ovarian syndrome (pcos), endometriosis, uterine fibroids, and other conditions.

Can I ask how old you are? Did the doctors test all of your female hormones?

Can you describe these pains? Are they monthly normal cramping or something different? What is the location of the pain?
