Lower back pain when not due on period

Hello everyone, I usually get bad lower back pain on the first day of my period, and usually goes on the 3rd. However, this month and last month I have been getting the lower back pain when I'm not due on for another week or two. Any suggestions what this could be? (I had spotting halfway through my cycle last month as well which has never happened before. I had a smear test last year which didn't indicate anything wrong)

Best to get it checked out to be on the safe side but I have chronic lower back pain which my endo consultant believes is due to having endo on the bowel and potentially pressing on some nerves. I’m having a bowel resection during my next lap because of this and the back ache and fatigue are by far my worse endo symptoms :/ xxxx
