1 day Fasting
Hi, me again!. Hope I'm not annoying anyone with all my posts but I'm relatively new, reasearching anything and everything and just have so many questions. So now I have loads of juicing ideas from my last post - thanks for that, it really helped me - now I'm looking at incorporating fasting into

Confused
Hi everyone, Yesterday I went for a second internal scan (I’ve also had a smear test, many examinations and a colposcopy) to try and work out what was causing all my symptoms. Two doctors in there agreed it looked like endometriosis from what they could see and feel, and I’ve been given this diagnosis

I’m really depressed but no one will listen
I’ve had RA for 5 years and have only been ok on MXT but I get regular flares and lately my feet have now started to deteriorate faster then other joints. Along side this I have had regular bouts of depression, insomnia, night sweats, brain fog/memory loss, severe fatigue, and worsening anxiety which

Morning hookworm med(fenben) & BIRM vacation....
BIRM & fenben (Panacur) follow up...for those interested in these (off the path) protocols. **my favorite way to take my hookworm med (like dogs) in my food. Especially great in peanut butter with a smear of organic mixed berry preserves. well...I had just started the "hookworm" a few days before

Looking for help/advise !! Please :)
Hello, I’m new to this site. Just looking for some help/advice really :) I haven’t been diagnosed with Endo at the moment just in the investigation stages. I have always had trouble with my stomach ever since I was born (I am now 25) the doctors have always said it’s IBS and I would grow out of it

Fed up and can’t cope with it anymore.
Honestly so fed up. This is a long one so I do apologise I haven’t had any diagnosis yet but I’m 90% sure all my symptoms are pointing towards endometriosis. My first symptoms occurred after I had gave birth to my first child in 2013 I had pain when having sex. Didn’t think much of it as it was up

Endometriosis and HPV
Does anyone have HPV and endo? I've had a cervical screening and I have HPV, but they have only just started testing for this so they dont know how long I have had it for, I'm convinced its connected to endometriosis in some way, from reading online about it. Does anyone have any information? Ty

Could it be endometriosis?
Hello all! I’m not entirely sure if this is the right place to be, but it’s worth a go. So for about a year/a year and a half now, I have been getting all kinds of weird symptoms/changes in my body. I have previously been diagnosed with an overactive thyroid from the age of 14, until I was discharged

Tilted womb?
Can anyone give any advice or suggestions about the best ways to conceive with a tilted womb? Anyone else having issues similar to this? Having a recent smear and scan has been difficult enough! Thanks

Coil fitting at colposcopy unit
Hi everyone So I've decided to give the merina coil ago. As I'm currently tricycling and only had excision surgery in September and definitely on the slope back down. I really struggle with having speculums so even for smears I go to the colposcopy units at hospital as its slightly better in their purposes

Lap came back normal, what now?
Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on this. I've had problems with my period for years and years now (I'm 26) and have tried various treatments. The pill/mini pill gave me terrible side effects, the mirena coil didn't work, various painkillers including Diclofenac, Mefenamic acid, Naproxen

5 year old daughter soiling
Hi there, I have a 5 1/2-year-old girl who has never been happy to poo on the toilet. She has always wanted to poo standing up in a nappy or in her knickers. She went through a period of being constipated and so we took the pressure off of her going to the toilet completely and let her know that she

Discomfort from a vacant IUD
Afternoon! New here. I have the Copper Coil and have been incredibly relieved by the effectiveness of it, no hormones or babies - what a win! However, I have had some discomfort since it was put in place. Not continuous but noticeable. Sometimes just a niggle but sometimes it's very sore. Also I had

Thrush and spotting? (TMI)
Hi All xx It all went wrong when I went on antibiotics three months ago. I had the most unusual, thick jelly like blob of discharge that had blood in it. A few days after, intense itching on the outside....never felt anything like it! Took an over the counter cure and it soon settled down. Continued
