Technology - a source of massive stress
Anyone else having this issue? I’m 78, a former university art instructor, and am finding myself increasingly stressed when having to deal with technology to get anything done - especially health care! Everything requires passwords, sign in IDs, and if you mess up you often have to go through the whole

Does anyone know where I can get advice/help/support specific to 'Bile Acid Malabsorption' (aside from Online Sites)?
I am struggling very badly and it is destroying my life alongside with my other health conditions. Am I allowed to ask for personal recommendations? (ignore if not) There are various conflicts with diet regarding diabetes and BAM and my stress is also increased re other conditions. Is there a helpline

Disorientated after cataract replacement in 1 eye with multifocal lens
Very off topic here but hoping to find some shared experiences/ help please… I had a multifocal lens replacement 4 weeks ago in my right eye. The left eye has the starts of a cataract but isn’t impairing my vision right now so the surgeon said that as I’m young for a cataract replacement, 53yrs, it increases

How are you ?
Hello all my friends on here, are you all keeping well ? My eyesight was slightly blurred pre trab surgery, still is, only a bit worse with the odd ache, dry eye which I am taking drops for, it feels like the eye ball has a slightly obscure film over it, but apart from that quite well, so no real problems

Would you recommend EMDR therapy?
I haven’t gone to therapy in awhile. I believe I’ve only tried Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I’d love to hear from anyone on your experience or recommendations.

“Shriveling” and losing fat and muscle
Hello everyone, In the last few months I’ve gotten a lot more wrinkly and my extremities are beginning to resemble toothpicks. Especially noticeable in my thighs and rear. I’ve had trouble with healthy eating during this pandemic and with filling up if I don’t eat carbs. I’ve lost a few pounds

dry eyes vs tearing eyes
My husband who has PSP, has been experiencing tears flowing from his eyes and he is not crying. He also complains of eye discomfort. Eye Dr has prescribed moisturizing drops as he said tears can be an indication of dry eyes that are irritated . Anyone else dealing with similar problem? Do I use moisturizing
