I had a successful experience with EMDR. It was not the " end of the line for me" as far as my healing journey. But each type of therapy I do is allowing me to focus better. EMDR is not easy. It digs deep into the pain. Some people have a difficult time with that.

Good luck in trying out some new therapy . It's definitely worth a try as different techniques works for different people . Also if you feel that your not getting along or making progress with your therapist sometimes you have to try different ones to find a good match . All the best
