I've tried 7 weeks of accupuncture, 2x 2 month rounds of homeopathy, 10 weeks of capsaicin cream, TENS, heat packs, cool packs, and now am taking paracetamol, ibruprofen and gabapentin. None of these seem to work that well.

The capsaicin cream I've not been able to get for months as there is an issue with it so today I've getting another prescription for different cream as capsaicin wont be available till march next year !!!! I will get the name of the cream when I pick up prescription.
