Fibro fog conundrum
I checked on the NHS app, lots of things showed up as abnormal
calcium
, anemia, esr, crp, yet all she talked about was cholesterol. I honestly don't know where to turn. Any advice out there? 🙏

Newly Diagnosed and wondering about Treatments
Calcium
, VitD, B12 all good and at the higher end of the range. My GP recommends weekly tablet of Bisophosonates. The risks were explained and I have agreed to try see if I can tolerate them. I would be grateful for any experience of these drugs - good or bad.

Last year my husband had an IV infusion of
calcium
it begins with the letter P I can’t recall the name of the medication. He ended up with a very high fever of almost 103. I’m just hoping this shot it’s not like that infusion. Praying no side effects.

Gluten free fruit cake with ground almonds.
Almonds are a great source of nutrients including
calcium
so by adding almonds and other
calcium
rich foods we can look after our bone density while we eat. Dried fruit is also a good source of
calcium
.

Is it possible to take a biopsy of a cardiac artery plaque in order to determine exactly what it contains?
Not sure about the other factors - however, I would place
calcium
at the top of the list. This is because I took 2.4 g of
calcium
(twice the recommended dose) since the age of 40, when I became vegan and found out that
calcium
is low in a vegan diet.

Calcium supplements - continued
I have been reading the replies to Narwhal with interest, and note that
calcium
carbonate is not a good idea. I avoid any supplements generally, but I have wondered about taking a little
calcium
, vitamin D, and Vitamin K.

I have enlarged lymph nodes in or around my lungs (wasn’t clear on this) they have
calcium
on them. They have a preliminary diagnosis of sarcoidosis, an autoimmune disease.

Dealing with extreme depression
Hi all, This is my first posting on here as my wife was diagnosed approx 2 months ago, but we're certain she had this condition unrecognised for years. The biggest challenge by far for Jen and for me is handling her very extreme depression and horrendous anxiety. She's suffered this on & off for many
