Calamine

My arm is still really sore and I'm not sure whether to try a cortisone cream on it or perhaps calamine cream? I take an anti histamine daily.

Spoke to the GP and pharmacist who suggested calamine lotion...... no help at all. Does any one have any non prescription tips for calming the heat/itch quickly?

I am on the east coast not too sunny yet OTC & calamine. chill Any suggestions? 🎱☔️ Ty

Changed to Tide sensitive pods, washes with Aveeno body wash, and uses Calamine with Pramoxine and still itching. I feel so bad for him. Some are tiny small red raised dots on the back and others are more flat and wide like hives. Any insight would be appreciated.

I have tried sudocream, calamine lotion, witch Hazel, tea tree, eurax and finally doctors gave me some mentosoothe. My skin is crawling, I'm struggling with sleep, I constantly burn up anyway so of course the hot flushes are making the pain and itching worse.
