Fibromyalgia and R arthritis!
I've had both my
bunions
operated on as caused tremendous pain and swelling! Under my left foot at the very base on big toe I had jelly lump called bursitis leakage! My left knee is slightly swollen from doing nothing and swells when I try to walk for a great length of time!

Self-Care at Home for Diabetic Foot
If you have flat feet,
bunions
, or hammertoes, you may need prescription shoes or shoe inserts. Exercise: Regular exercise will improve bone and joint health in your feet and legs, improve circulation to your legs, and will also help to stabilize your blood sugar levels.

I have
bunions
, cavas feet, arthritis in my toes, and pain in heels. I also have IBS, and pain in the joints of my fingers and my wrists. GP says maybe hyper mobility syndrome, but I don't meet the criteria totally. I wonder about Charcot Marie tooth.

Glamour - give me glamour!
Amongst them are the aforementioned piles, then there's varicose veins,
bunions
, all kinds of abcesses, diarrhoea, swollen ankles, housemaid's knee, and a particular favourite of mine - mincer's wrist!

Shiny new trainers....mmmmmm......
I knew from a podiatrist's analysis that I over-pronate (foot rolls into the centre) but I've had my
bunions
done since then and I think my biomechanics have improved since the op.

Bunion surgery
Hi, has anyone out there experienced having surgery for correcting
bunions
? Mine are bad enough now to warrant an orthopaedic referral but I have no idea what to expect, apart from the factual information gleaned from the www.

Preparing for Surgery.
To cut a long story short, the RA 'ate' my main tendon in my R ankle (& Isuspect my wrist too) I went to surgeon to see could he do anything about my
bunions
and the funny way I was walking even with 3rd set of orthotics, so he ordered an MRI and lo & behold main tendon in ankle is no more!!!
