Tips on managing pain please:)
Really struggling with severe pain. Waiting for my GP to get funding for a nerve block injection so there's a very long wait. Any ideas on how to cope with severe pain when meds aren't strong enough? Will have to try an alternative and someone has suggested Pregablin instead of Gabapentin but any tips

Change in dose
Hello gorgeous ladies. After how long on Ibrance 125mg did your oncologist reduce the dose and why? I’m on 125mg with Letrozole for 8 months now. I’m feeling more nausea, dizziness, headaches and zero appetite. He’s sending me for a brain scan this Friday along with regular CT scan. He said that we may

Body aches ......is it Ibrance?
I have been on ibrance for almost 3 years now. A pattern that I have noticed is body aches as I get closer to my day 21 on that cycle. They aches range anywhere from 1-7 days and the degree of discomfort tends to vary. Has anyone else noticed this? What has your oncologist said?

Apixaban
Morning quick question I take Apixaban and have just seen on tv if you are on an anticoagulant you should not be eating leafy green veg! Being a vegetarian I eat a fair amount! I thought this was only if you were taking Warfarin!

Stage 4 metastasis
Hi I had breast cancer 7yrs ago. I thought I had beat it, unfortunately it just came back in my supraclavicular node. I am on Ibrance and the injection Fulvestrant. I was wondering if anyone else was diagnosed with this. I’m very scared and depressed, the doctor said it’s not curable. I will be on

Switching to verzenio - progression to liver
I’ve been on Ibrance since 2016 with bone metA only. Now being switched to verzenio along with faslodex due to liver mets. Was just wondering how anyone handled this treatment and how long did it work. Very nervous over the side effects and just having liver mets. Any insight or tricks for the side

Ibrance
Hello, pretty ladies. I hope everyone is well. I very much appreciated this group wanted to ask you if anyone knows the reason why they changed the presentation of the Ibrance? They are no longer capsules. That made him notice a slightly unpleasant taste of the new pill. Has anyone noticed? Greetings

Stomach issues
Not sure if gastritis is a side effect of Ibrance. The last 3 days of this cycle I’m having awful pain in my mid stomach like spasm and cramping and feels like burning. This is the first time for this so not sure if this is due to the pill. Anyone have anything similar to this? If so what do you do for

Ablation number 3
Had a call from cardiology office to quickly schedule tachycardia ablation. I’ve already had 2 afib ablations w previous cardiologist, which seemed to have worked. Never could get that dr to address the remaining tachycardia. Switched to a new dr and so wish I’d found him to begin with 6 years ago. Amazing

Metoprolol
Hello everyone, I am feeling rather low and not very well. I have to take Ciprofloxacin antibiotic for a chest infection which has pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria in my lungs. I can’t take Flecainide as my pill in the pocket if I have an AF episode. The doctor has told me to take 25mgs of metoprolol

Correlation?
Good morning everyone! Someone posted that their mother stopped losing hair while on Ibrance when it stopped being effective. I’ve noticed that I seem to be filling in with hair where it had thinned. Is it power of suggestion, hair is really long because I haven’t been to a salon since February or real

Chemo delayed due to low Neutrophils
It’s seems I just can’t win. Neutrophils are too low to have chemo tomorrow so delayed a week. I was hoping it was just the Ibrance that was causing the issues but I guess my bone marrow doesn’t work very fast. I did feel like a had a virus half way through so I guess that caused the problem. From

Glad to be part of an understanding group
Hi there I feel that this path is so long. Began in 2004 with bilateral mastectomy and TAC chemo. Then in 2014 tumor markers high pet scan showed bone meets. Faslodex added to Arimidex and now Ibrance is replacing Arimidex. Sometimes I feel that instead of the side effects I'd rather live my life free
