Irregular heartbeat after AF episode
Last night my OH had his second AF episode, first one was about 22months ago for which he was hospitalised. Since then he has been on Bisoprolol 1,25mg once daily and Apixaban 5mg twice daily. He was told if he had another episode to take “pill in pocket” once, which is a 5mg dose of Bisoprolol. This

Iblation of liver lesion or not??
I have a single 7mm liver lesion. One oncologist says ablation is risky and to leave alone as ibrance might keep it stable for some time. Another oncologist thinks I should have iblation done. So confused. What are peoples experiences/views on ablation of liver tumours- is it risky? What are the benefits

The blanking period after ablation
I didn't think it was possible to hate AF more than I did before the ablation. Constantly waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to get a decent night's sleep. It wasn't always like this but it has been getting worse - probably 5-6 times a week. And then an ablation is offered - light

Ibance 125m and Letrazole Hair loss
I've been on Ibrance 125 and Letrazole since April 2021 after Verzenio for about 6 months. I had to get off the Verzenio do to horrible cramps and diarrhea. My hair started thinning about 3 months in to ibrance/Letrazole. I ended up putting in tie in extensions and they were great, but I want just my

Can you drive with intermittent broad complex tachycardia that doesn’t give you many symptoms?
After phone call from cardiologist last evening informing me of episodes of broad complex tachycardia on my 5 day ECG I’m left with many questions. I’m a 60yr female. HA and AFib 9 months ago. Not a risk factor in sight. 🤷🏼♀️ Being referred to electrophysiologist. Any advice please. Thank you.

Broad complex tachycardia. I’m being referred to an EP after a 5 day ECG showed episodes of this. I’m imagining the worst.
I’m 9 months post heart attack, (at 59yrs), due to blood clot, 6 months post successful cardio version for AFib. None smoker, was physically fit pre HA ( still exercising), healthy weight , no risk factors. Ejection fraction has improved from 40% to 46% Cardiologist phoned me earlier. I’d had arrhythmia

Changes
Hi everyone, my last scan showed some progression so I’m off Ibrance and faslodex (only got 13 months with that combo) now on Everolimus and exemestane. Anyone have any experiences to share? Hopefully good ones? Thanks Patty

For those of you with horrible side effects on Ibrance!
Hello beautiful ladies, I have studied and read every article and watched every video with regards to Ibrance and even talked to a Pfizer Rep and looked at their first, second and 3rd trial studies on their website and it appears that Ibrance either works for you or it doesn’t. No matter if you take

Headaches
I’m 10 months into treatment, Lupron, Ibrance and Letrazole. And I’ve had a consistent headache for two weeks. My onc ordered a brain scan. In the meantime, I’ve tried OTC pain relievers, sinus decongestants, Neurofeedback. I get some temporary relief but nothing lasting. Any suggestions?

Ibrance and eating
Hi ladies, I read here on several occasions that it's best to take ibrance with a meal. But why? Is it more effective? Or is it because it avoids secondary effects? Thanks to all Lovexxx Lucie

Afib or palpitations?
Once in a while I get very irregular heartbeats after I go to bed at night. My Dr. said they are palpitations and not afib and did not occur during the 24 hour holter monitor, but I noticed a pattern as to when they occur: always after a very salty and probably MSG restaurant meal and a few drinks with

Shingrix vaccine reactions?
Hi Everyone, It’s been awhile since I’ve posted, as everything is generally stable with me. After watching my mother and friends her age suffer with shingles, I asked my oncologist when it would be appropriate to get the first dose of the Shingrix vaccine, as it is very effective and I definitely don
