Teeth pain
Have a check up if your dentist is open now....may just be a cavity or something ‘normal’...it’s easy to attribute everything to cancer or cancer medication when more often than not it isn’t
You may have read about ONJ but that’s extremely rare

Hi, I’m on Letrozole, Ibrance and Denosumab. I had a tooth extracted last year and a Denosumab injection a week later. I shouldn’t have had it as it’s caused ONJ and I’m still suffering a year later. My dentist gave me a special toothpaste for sensitive teeth called Duraphat5000. It’s brilliant. The sensitivity has gone now but I do believe either the Letrozole or Ibrance was the reason I had a problem to start off with. The combination of these two didn’t cause the ONJ. You must see your dentist. I had a full check up a month before I started treatment and got the all clear so I know it’s one of them that caused the sensitivity and pain.
Hope this helps

So bizarre I had one tooth with severe pain that was actually a crown. Started on Friday and couldn’t wait to see dentist on Monday. Woke up Monday and all pain was gone. Will never know why, but on Ibrance, Faslodex and Xgeva. Prior to this, I had just had my teeth cleaned, so didn’t make any sense. I called dentist on Monday to tell them about it, and they couldn’t see anything wrong on my X-rays, so guess I dodged a bullet.
Yes, first thing in the morning when having my first hot drink of the day. Ann
I get it.
When I first started Ibrance, I had tooth and mouth pain. I started using Sensodyne toothpaste and it has made a huge difference. A mouthwash can also help.
Hi I'm on the same drugs and I get very sore gums halfway through the cycle
yes. more specifically gum sensitivity and occasional mouth sores; typically the second week of Ibrance. there are specific 'products' used, while on an Ibrance cycle.
