Help : I have developed considerable pain on the underside of my right heel bone . It feels like major bruising but I haven’t fallen?
I suffer with arthritis in my hands mainly but this is a new development ( three weeks) and does not seem to improve whether I rest it or try to walk through the pain. Would a steroid injection help or what would people suggest please , I have to walk my dog every day and it’s becoming increasingly

Bruising
on my body is awful & quite worrying but my haematologist says I need to still take (not an MPN specialist). I am sure I have read somewhere that CALR patients with no previous thrombotic events do not require? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Back up and running!
I've had an enforced month's break from running after tripping over while out walking and landing heavily and extremely painfully on my upper arm - nothing broken but some spectacular
bruising
and a lot of pain.

Hey Everyone 🖐 Just wondering if anyone else gets this non-trauma finger
bruising
(pic attached) ... I have a history of aura migraine and Raynauds, so seems like underlying vascular issues. Main diagnosis is Undifferentiated Auto-Immune disease treated with HCQ. - Kate

Day 6 Bruising
Surprised by amount of
bruising
and discomfort on glans. Is this typical of what others have experienced, presumably due to how the penis is held during circumcision?

Shaky confidence following a fall
The
bruising
on my forehead came and then went into my eyelid and around the eye. It looked horrific. But I also have had a crisis of confidence and have thought about not running again.

Week 13 following my ablation
Bruising
and burns on my chest but thankfully now back in normal sinus rhythm. Was told by a very energetic young nurse, 'well now love thats all done, you can go home'. No, another 8 hours of waiting for my discharge letter and new medication.

To Hell's Mouth And Back
I set off later than intended, after prevaricating about whether to run or not after extracting a thorn from my right foot on Sunday, and
bruising
my left big toe yesterday by tripping up the unfamiliar steep staircase in the cottage were we are staying.

Intending to get back ….in need of support.
At first I thought it was just
bruising
to my ribs ( I tend to be a bit dramatic at times so I was trying not to be) but as time went on and the pain was still intense I decided that I probably had cracked a rib or two (or 3 ?)

Different approaches to delivering injections
Despite this I again had some
bruising
and grittiness. (It didn’t help that I had some allergic reaction to something, face mask, gloves ? and had to take antihistamine). Still feels a bit tender after three days.

Day 10 Update
The
bruising
and swelling are starting to ease off and I will stop using fucidic cream (with daily bandaging) on the stitches from tomorrow. Glue is loosening up although I can’t pick at it until Day 14 when I can also start bathing the wound in salty water.

Swollen face and bruising landed my butt in the ER
So I need to vent a bit- and i feel like it's safe here. My family has been so burdened with my health issues that complaining and asking for support and thoughts on here feels like best thing to do... This past weekend, i have 1 drink Fri eve: margarita. I have Graves, and taking 10 mg MMI sorta every

Is bruising on glans normal?
My glans had never been exposed and I’m wondering if continued
bruising
on the glans is normal? The initial
bruising
from the operation healed a few weeks afterwards but I’m almost 3 months in and I notice new bruises every now and then.

Extreme Muscle Soreness DOMS and Stiffness after Lifting Weights or doing Stairs or Pull-ups or Hill Sprints.
I once saw after sitting in a hard chair a line of
bruising
where the chair had pressed on the back of my legs during that soreness period which shows me that I have internal bleeding inflammation that is going on after exercise (much more than normal).

Me and the IC 🐢
Mr grumpy is delighted that I can now do some of the cooking 😁 This is going to take a while, there is still a lot of ligament damage, swelling and
bruising
, but I'll get there eventually. Meanwhile I'm enjoying reading everyone else's posts 😊
