Back up and running!

I've had an enforced month's break from running after tripping over while out walking and landing heavily and extremely painfully on my upper arm - nothing broken but some spectacular bruising and a lot of pain. I tried my first run since the fall 2 days ago and it wasn't too bad, but my legs felt it yesterday! I ran again this morning and managed 7.5 km, although my legs were protesting again by the end! Good to be back though.... The moral is look where you're going when walking!
