Asthma Wk8 R2
I really want to go out and run - next due is Wk8 R2. My chest doesn't feel that great and I'm coughing more. Wondering whether to just go or rest up. So frustrating as my asthma is not normally a problem. :-(

Asthma cough!
I find it really concerning the lack of knowledge the GPs have on asthma and that in this day in age are still focused on peak flow testing which is not a good gage for the asthma cough!!! My peak flow has always been good, peak flow tests upper chest airways and not lower! I have had flare up for weeks

What would you do?
Okay. So last Wednesday I went to the out of hours GP for what I thought was a chest infection however I was rushed round to A&E and kept in over night on a nebuliser and put on steroids. The one doctor stated i could possibly have had a virus. When the consultant came to see me, she asked me to see

Hi, I’ve had a chest x-ray earlier in the week. They said that it was clear, but there background asthma related changes, which he went on to say is normal with asthma. I got a bit distracted so forgot to question it. Has anyone heard of anything similar to this before? Finally feeling a bit better and

Has anyone been diagnosed with Eosinophilic Asthma?
I've read that Eosinophilic
Asthma
can sometimes be misdiagnosed as COPD or

asthma
. Has your doctor ever recommended you be tested for eosinophils?

3 month check
Just had my 3 month check - 15 months post chemo. I have been very worried as I have constant stoma blockages and bloating. I’m currently awaiting a colonoscopy in the hope of stoma reversal. I was so worried it was my cancer back but my ca 125 has held steady at 11. It was 1261 on diagnosis. So relieved

How long will symptoms last
I have been struggling with my Asthma for 3 weeks now after a chest infection. I had no cough or chest infection symptoms other than what has been described as a few cackles. Have been taking 4 puffs of the brown inhaler twice a day and 2 puffs blue as and when needed. I still feel just as bad if not

Has anyone used CBD that helped with their Asthma or respiratory condition? There is so many brands out there, has anyone recommend a particular brand?

Living Life
I love running and I used to run under the most terrible weather conditions. Since last year I am not able to run below 50 degrees temperature. Now I get asthma. Any suggestions to run outside with asthma.

Ouch!
Hi just completed Run 2 , week 1 and all I can say is ouch!! Legs are hurting lol. I have acute asthma and bronchiectasis and need to become a little more active so thought I’d give this a go. I’m so pleased I managed the first 2 runs. Just have to keep fingers crossed my asthma allows me to continue

What more
I have had
brittle
asthma
since 1 years old. I’m constantly told to lose weight but with course after course of steroids it’s impossible. I’ve very much neglected my asthma over the last 10 years, treating it with contempt because it annoys me so much.

New asthma doctor, severe persistent asthma, biologicals- blood test may not match
Hello and Happy New Year! So, I finally found a new asthma doctor and got in to see him. Sooo much better than the last asthma doc who was not listening to me, refused to help me when I was struggling (eventually making me go to urgent care to get prednisone- which cleared up the asthma flare), and wrongly
