What is one as I have been reading a book called let's talk about you and your asthma and I am confused about self magerment asthma plan

Hi! I just managed to find that booklet online, and I can see that by Self Management Plan they mean the same as an asthma action plan. I agree with the others that Asthma U.K. website and their helpful nurses is a good way forward if you feel uncertain.
