Brittle asthma

Hi - just wondered if anyone with severe/brittle asthma has an asthma passport that they use in an emergency?

Hi I was using Relivar for few years as a preventer for Brittle Asthma. I developed a very coarse throat and so GP changed inhaler to LUFORBEC. I no longer have the throat isse but suffer with severe night cramps. I use Magnesium oil to help this but wondered if it could be the inhaler.

All of my years of having brittle asthma I never thought I’d end up like this, it’s so debilitating. take care Wendy xx

My asthma is much more sensitive to central heating than last year. I have upped the hoovering and dusting, got an additional air purifier, but the asthma attacks really only cease now once the central heating is off. Any ideas? And, no, I cannot turn off the central heating.
