Hi all,
I've had a lot of health issues over the last few years, culminating in a chronic breathing issue that has gradually gotten worse in the past 2 years.
Recently though, I had a slight improvement after under-taking some breathing exercises and using a 'Breather' device. But in the past 5-6 days, I feel like I've crashed again and my breathing has become worse.
My chest feels weak, sides are tight and almost sore, like I really need to stretch and I can feel myself breathing shallow, not at all satisfying breaths.
Has anybody else experienced worsening breathing, that is with you at all times, like literally 24/7, with anxiety?
I had no anxiety to begin with, but as my health issues progressed, the anxiety crept up on me gradually. So I'm not sure what is anxiety and what isn't anymore.
