feeding to sleep advice
hi everyone, I’m just looking for advice on breaking the feeding to sleep cycle (
breastfeeding
) or anyone that does it post 6months and if they’ve found any issues with their child’s sleep as time has gone on?

The best treatment for you will depend on your personal preference, your age, whether you're pregnant or
breastfeeding
and any medical conditions you have. Speak to your GP or an NHS stop smoking adviser for advice. Research has shown that all these methods can be effective.

Hi Ladies: does anyone have experience with embryo transfer after
breastfeeding
? My doc wanted me to wean for two months, which I have done, but some still comes out when I squeeze. Is it safe to proceed?

Establishing breastfeeding 10 day old
Hi everyone, our son is 10 days old, I’ve been BF since birth and overall, it’s going well. He feeds really well from my right boob, but the left is a nightmare, I think my nipple may be slightly flatter and no matter how much I stick with it the latch and comfort for him just isn’t there. So he’s feeding

where do I go from here…
My periods always returned very quickly after birth despite
breastfeeding
however I started noticing symptoms return after our second which then became unmanageable after our 3rd.

Anyone else finding the breastfeeding journey tough?
Trying everything - formula,
breastfeeding
, tongue tie, cranial osteopathy.... So exhausted and emotional now after so many weeks working so hard.... I know others might be also going through this.

Birth announcement (trigger warning)
Breastfeeding
is difficult and possibly won’t work out for us, but we’re taking it one day at a time. I wanted to say thank you to all those who have walked alongside us in this journey - on here and the IVF board - this process would have been unbearable without your support and wisdom.

Is this the end of breastfeeding?
My little boy is 10 weeks and I have literally tried everything to help with his feeding issues. He has reflux and I am assuming my milk supply is quite low as his weight is still at the lowest percentile, compared to his head being 50th percentile.... I have been attempting to top up with formula -

help with bottle feeding
We have had issues with
breastfeeding
from day one with her not latching. We saw both doctors and lactation consultants who also treated her tongue tie, but with no difference in terms of
breastfeeding
. To cut a long story short, I have effectively been exclusively pumping since she was born.

Constipation
Now I'm
breastfeeding
a 3 month old. During pregnancy all was good with my bowle movement, ouch better than before. Since giving birth in march, I'm constantly constipated. Sometimes only a bit, I go ever 2-3 days, sometimes it really hurts and I go less often that that.

Changing Bottle Teats
We are both bottle feeding and
breastfeeding
our baby, we are now going to move to medium teats as he is 4 months, i was wondering would medium teat flow effect
breastfeeding
flow? For example if
breastfeeding
milk flows slower than medium teats, would this impact the baby?

I am exclusively
breastfeeding
but as my husband said the other day when talking to a friend, "She's doing great. I'm just the assistant." I don't want him to be an assistant! I want him to be a parent. He is working loads at the moment - before 7am, evenings and weekends.

Weight gain after pregnancy...
I am
breastfeeding
but it is making no difference, and a diet isn't really an option is it? If I am trying to maintain a good milk supply? Did anyone have this issue after cyclogest? I also took Letrozole meds to conceive...

I haven’t been able to take my usual supplements (b complex etc) as they say not to use when

My experience, can some help me figure it out what it was?
It took me three weeks for the pain to go away with
breastfeeding
, everyone kept telling me am doing it wrong you have to do this way that way. I had many advices from doctors, nurses and I just felt I should've trusted myself and baby.

Unexpected Endo Appointment by GP - PANICKING!! 😖

breastfeeding
nearly 7 years ago, I breastfed my girl for 33 months) so I guess being menopausal doesn’t help… She sent me for a blood test, and got me to do it there and then.

For anyone trying for a sibling and still
breastfeeding
I breastfed my son throughout and only stopped in the second trimester.
Breastfeeding
gave me so much comfort and healing through miscarriage, IVF and pregnancy.
