Female and thyroid hormones
After my youngest was born 5.5 years ago my periods didn't come back for 2 years, due to extended
breastfeeding
. Since they returned they haven't ever regularised with cycle length varying each time.

B12 injections were stopped a few years ago, feeling awful
I knew nothing about b12 and assumed the doctors knew what they were doing so accepted this. 6 years on I have had ongoing fatigue, hair loss, night sweats, mouth ulcers, headaches, severe brain fog all of which I have put down to being a mum of young kids/being postpartum/
breastfeeding
.

Breastfeeding and Lamotragine
I’m still
breastfeeding
as my baby is refusing to take milk any other way. Does anyone have experience of taking Lamotragine whilst
breastfeeding
? I keep getting scared that it will have an impact on my baby long term.

advice of doing a FET while breastfeeding? To do or not?
I love this community and pray/send baby dust frequently to all of us 💜 I’m wondering thoughts on
breastfeeding
during FET, stopping before FET, and if so timeline to do so?!

I am
breastfeeding
could this impact? What are the optimum TSH and T4 levels? On another note - I called the GP after I had
collected my prescription as remembered I’d read about getting a medical exemption certificate for levothyroxine.

3 weeks post C section
I'm
breastfeeding
. My question is, how tired is normal? What should I be doing during the day. Feeling a bit lost / untethered as I'm not at work and feel guilty that my partner is doing all the household jobs because of the c section recovery. I just don't know what is normal.

Life with a 10 week old baby
I am exclusively
breastfeeding
and it has been going well apart from the last couple of days he has become very distracted and distressed. In the end, feeding standing up and swaying has helped. I am just constantly worrying I'm not doing enough for him / with him.

postpartum thyroiditis
I’ve been on a strong women’s health multi vitamin for years which had the highest DRV of iodine and when pregnancy and
breastfeeding
this value increased so could the iodine have induced this? thank you

Breastfeeding - low milk supply
I’ve been blissfully
breastfeeding
away and have only just discovered after baby was not putting on enough weight that what I am producing is nowhere near the required amount. No one has said a thing to me about a link with PCOS but there’s plenty of info on the web about it.

ADAA Personal Story: Why I Wrote a Children’s Book about Postpartum Depression When I Was 9-Months Pregnant
After my first baby turned one, I stopped
breastfeeding
and returned to my pre-pregnancy manageable levels of anxiety and depression. Unwilling to go back to that dark place again, I tried to make peace with the idea that my son would be an only child. But I couldn’t.

how long for periods to return after stopping breastfeeding
I fully gave up
breastfeeding
on 20 December, but this was a process of reducing for about 5 weeks. I fed for around 3.5 months.

CA125 blood result of 53
Have recently stopped
breastfeeding
so no doubt hormones all over. Has anyone else had a high CA125 reading and it turn out to not be cancer? I'm nearly 35 years old. I've had two c-sections - could the lump be anything to do with this? Any other similar experiences welcome! #ca125

What does FHS of 31 indicate and do I need estrogen?
I am 43 and just stopped
breastfeeding
my youngest, age 20 months. Latest bloods showed FSH of 31 (not sure of cycle day, I think CD5). GP has suggested Qlaira COP to ensure I am getting estrogen. Would it be best to test my estrogen (and progesterone) levels first?

Irregular periods
After giving birth and
breastfeeding
my son, my periods returned in January 2020. I got my official UAT diagnosis in June 2020. My periods have never returned to a regular cycle. I've just had a 13 day cycle. 😫 With an average cycle of 23 days.

Recent Adenomyosis Diagnosis and possible Perimenopause
I recently stopped
breastfeeding
my youngest, age 20 months. I am 43. I had very heavy periods when they returned but thought this was due to
breastfeeding
. A few months ago I started having random spotting at any point in my cycle. And I am very bloated.

Breastfeeding nightmare, please help I'm in so much pain 😢
Hi everyone,My baby boy just turned 6 weeks and
breastfeeding
him has been a struggle from the start. I do believe I am making enough for him to eat since he is gaining weight however I can NEVER get a deep latch with him. He changed the shape of my nipples! They are compressed.
