I've been diagnosed with endo through laparoscopy 4 years ago. Sever endo, on bowels, womb, old adhesios on the back of my stomach... Had to go through IVF, then I got pregnant, and pregnant again. Now I'm breastfeeding a 3 month old. During pregnancy all was good with my bowle movement, ouch better than before. Since giving birth in march, I'm constantly constipated. Sometimes only a bit, I go ever 2-3 days, sometimes it really hurts and I go less often that that. I started using stool softeners but I'm worried my body will just get used to it and I'm not sure that a good thing.

I eat a balanced diet. Start the day with 2-3 Weetabix and milk, light lunch with veg and some protein, healthy, home made tea. I drink enough. Still my bowles just do no movement. I'm worried my endo is taking over my body. What can I do?

I have bowel loops since my hysterectomy and find it really difficult and painful passing stools. I make protein balls with nut butters, ground seeds especially flax and chia with other dried fruits such as dates and apricots, prunes and chopped nuts I add a bit of dark chocolate, small amount of honey and a little water and heat gently and then add oats and form into balls and put in the fridge and have a couple every day, one in morning and one in evening. If not just sprinkle a ground seed mix onto Greek yogurt and drink plenty of water as the chia seeds swell up. Really does help. Also use a stool when sitting on the toilet to make it easier, less straining x

Thank you, some really good ideas that I'll try. These protein balls sound good
