PGTM after PGTA?
We would probably be better doing a fresh collection and doing PGTM before freezing but I’m still
breastfeeding
so can’t go down this route any time soon. It’s a dominant condition so 50% chance each embryo (and our daughter) has it 😢

thy3f thyroid nodules on either side - doctors recommend total thyroidectomy
I have no symptoms recently had a baby,
breastfeeding
, busy mom of 3 on no medication. Has anyone elected watch and wait tactic instead of thyroidectomy? I read absolutely awful stories that people can’t balance their hormones after thyroidectomy.., and can’t be their usual self.

I am aware of the odds with another pregnancy, but I am thinking more imminently when stopping

Breastfeeding, skin on skin and contractions (c-section)
I have just got back home last night from the hospital where they will remain for another couple of months, and I am still trying to get
breastfeeding
properly in place, which means I am also pumping frequently. That’s supposed to also get oxytocin levels up.

Growing Nodule
I am
breastfeeding
still. No meds currently. They plan to do pathology on nodule once removed. They want to take right thyroid. Should I get it removed or wait? Being dependent on medication for the rest of my life does not sit well with me…. Any and all input is welcomed and appreciated.

elevated MCHC GP unconcerned
I’m 8 months postpartum and still
breastfeeding
. I have a long term b12 issue for which I have injections every 8 weeks. Periodically my folate gets low, as it did about 4 months ago, but an over the counter
breastfeeding
multivitamin has sorted this out. However I still feel awful.

HRT Question
I’ve had no periods since January 2023 and have had issues with irregular periods ever since I stopped
breastfeeding
(breastfed for 33 months) and I stopped
breastfeeding
almost exactly 7 years ago. I’ve been struggling with my periods ever since.

Eating & taking levothyroxine
I normally take it at 7am ish and then eat breakfast at 8/830am-ish - I’m not sure I can go without eating breakfast until potentially after 10am - sounds like I’m being a wuss but I’m
breastfeeding
and get Very hungry / hangry if I don’t and my blood sugar goes off whack.

Hello :-)
I am exclusively
breastfeeding
so can't really diet per se because I need the calories to make breastmilk. I found our last week that my baby potentially has an allergy to something I've been eating and been getting into the breastmilk.

Dexa scan and low vitamin D
My question is, I had dire vitamin D levels of 22 and deficiency for I suspect at least 7 years whilst carrying/
breastfeeding
two babies, and only since I discovered this forum have been able to get my levels to around 100.

Feeling like a failure
He is growing well, seems happy and contended most of the time and
breastfeeding
going well. But recently I've just felt like a complete failure. I find it really hard not to compare myself with other Mums and find myself lacking.

I loved
breastfeeding
my other two and I can’t bear the thought of having to sacrifice that, but I also know I need to be stable for my family and will do what I need to do if it came to that.

When will I produce Milk?
I feel
breastfeeding
isn't going to happen for us. Update! I managed to produce a small amount of milk but it wasn't substantial enough to feed my son. I tried Boo.B Shakes and pumping. Nothing helped it increase. I have a happy well fed baby on formula now.

We are combi-feeding (mainly
breastfeeding
) so formula we have tried ‘cow and gate, comfort’. We also have done a baby massage course so have tried that! Baby boy does not self-settle, he is always attached to me! We use the sling frequently and swaddles for comfort.

feeding to sleep advice
hi everyone, I’m just looking for advice on breaking the feeding to sleep cycle (
breastfeeding
) or anyone that does it post 6months and if they’ve found any issues with their child’s sleep as time has gone on?
