Chemo won't leave without a fight!
I know I'm lucky as apart from the
bowel
obstruction
a couple of months ago this recurrence has been pretty plain sailing but seriously - the nausea and washed out weak feeling can do one now 😖

Worried about colon cancer
I am wondering if any of these symptoms are ones that anyone diagnosed with colon cancer had at the beginning: extreme fatigue, 'light' bothersome stomach-bowel ache, no sharp pains or visible signs of blood (fecal occult negative) get very sick and weak after bm's.... I am 'elderly' if that makes a

Celevac & Enterosgel for IBS: anyone have experience of these insoluble nonfermentable bulking agents?
As i understand it, the basic forms of the ingredients in both Celevac & Enterosgel are commercially used as thickening agents/stabilisers. These are both silicone based organic polymers (in food stuffs they have E numbers)...they are used in loads of manufactured products...from paint to puddings.

Lactulose or Movicol?
I know this has been written about before, but which is best for Ibs c? I was put off lactulose before so have never tried it, as it apparently causes bad gas and pain (not sure if it contains lactose too), but now another doctor has suggested trying it. I use laxido (movicol), but not constantly.

Mum back in hospital with Bowel obstruction
They say it is a slight
bowel
obstruction
so we are now waiting for them to decide whether or not to operate at the moment they say we are monitoring it. Has anyone else been through this so close after surgery. Mum's very emotional as she thinks she has taken a back step and wont get better x

The nice young man from Air Liquide proudly advised me that it was his last day of service with the company and he was leaving to be a self employed electrician.Great thought

End of the line for treatment I think.
With the 5 weeks in hospital for
bowel
obstruction
and all the Chemo I am just tired of the whole merry go round. I am not being negative or gloomy just think this is right for me. Love, Claire xxx

Upper left abdomen pain (ibs and ibs-d)
Hi there, I'm 17 and just over a year ago I was diagnosed with IBS. Just recently I've been having quite severe pain under my left breast in the abdomen area near the upper ribs. I do take colofac and buscopan and they don't seem to be helping. Also, for the past month i have been having IBSD non-stop

my tumor shrank away
In January,2015 I was diagnosed with HER2+ metastatic breast cancer. Although in a month of chemotherapy+immunotherapy my breast tumor disappeared. But I had metastasis in my liver and bones. Treatment with perjeta, herceptin and taxotere worked miracle. But next month I had severe allergy to perjeta
