A wee drink i found after exercise to help my COPD and mucous
Since having COPD diagnosed 24 months ago i was already 3 months of the cigarettes before the diagnosis which now means i am 27 month smoke free. Since that time i have attempted to live a fitter life and it is only now coming together, anyone who thinks two years quit, is fantastic, it is for your health

ICU Acquired Weakness
The communication at the hospital was very poor and he was realy suffering with infections,
bowel
obstruction
which rectified, a fall, vomiting blood which they say he aspirated that led to his admission to ICU. He is now on A Rehab floor and is extremely weak ,unable to stand on his own.

Travel insurance
Hi can anyone recommend travel insurance , going to America and the quotes I'm getting are hundreds of pounds 😫 I probably should have said I have mild Copd , but also gall stones , and what seems to be worst of all non alcoholic fatty liver, I do think this may be my biggest problem as far as insurance

'Magic Pill'
Hi, all. This time next week I will be taking the Preparation of Moviprep twice that day following a low residue diet prior to the prep. The following day my Apt at Liverpool Royal Hospital is @ 8.15 am until 6pm. I find the whole procedure of what follows to be fascinating & how far technology has progressed

Hello. I'm new to the group. I'm a middle-aged male and I'm here to find out everything I can about Anxiety-related conditions, Selective Mutism in particular. My niece has been diagnosed with it. My sister and I suspect that we might have had it as kids.

9 years since they first found the M2 antibodies, 16 years since my alk phos started being elevated. My story.
I only had one issue at 3 months (March 2013) after the GB (gastric bypass) surgery, I had a small
bowel
obstruction
and had to have my gallbladder out. Had some adhesions from the GB procedure but that was the only time that I am aware of that it caused any issues.

Desparate to quit smoking.
I am so addicted to cigs/nicotine and I am in major crisis. I have received the nicotine patch and the nicotine mist. I try to use these products and I have an allergic reaction. The patch leaves red welts and the mist closes my throat. I am in dispair, I have to quit! Any suggestions would be greatly

This site is for various forms of cannabis adjunctive therapy. I live in MN where cannabis therapy has just been legalized. It's not just smoke some weed and hope for the best. The main treatment seems to be cbd oil, a cannabis derivative, (non high giving), and to be more effective add the THC part

Am I taking too much tumeric root?
I have been taking tumeric root for two years and wondering if there could be adverse issues. I take about a 2 inch root blended with ginger root, cayenne pepper, ceylon cinnamon, cucumber, lemon with rind, almond butter, kale or other leafy greens and coconut water. It makes about 12 ounces of smoothie
