Richter syndrome - No carcinogenic nodes detected in Pet Scan
Hello family. Today I had a Pet Scan before eating the Rchop treatment. The surprise is that they did not detect any cancerous nodes and it is only detected in the biopsy. On Monday I start with chemotherapy. Did something similar happen to you?

Feeling Sick
I am a colorectal cancer patient with a loop colostomy on the transverse colon. My main colectomy surgery hasn't happened, yet. When I normally sit on the toilet to pass mucus I get nauseous.

OMG!
I know this is three years old, but I don't want people reading this To be missed informed. It is called a parasitic thyroid cancer. how can that not be an actual parasite? It is. What parasites do is they'll go find a place to live in the body for instance bro in the muscles and lay eggs the egg sack

Urgent referral- Positive TF/FOB & anemia, very Anxious and can’t sleep
Hi 👋🏻 all I have been poorly, for a while now in hindsight. Finally went gp. I’m a busy working mum with 4 young children from 1 to 7 years. So life is just hectic. Last October started noticing bloody stools but not really bad, but chalked it up to having a baby some months prior, then in Jan there

I have a lump on my head
So I noticed this a few months ago and I'm 99.99% sure it's not a cysts or ingrown hair. It's a bump right above my right ear. It totally feels like solid bone! I have a really tiny one above my left ear. It doesn't hurt to touch or press on it. It doesn't move go in. I'm a 40 old male, who's a plumber

Home screening vs colonoscopy
Hello I have IBS and now diagnosed with sigmoid, Grade 1 piles/internal hemorrhoids. When stool is hard and/or I’m constipated it is painful/sharp to “go”. Sometimes blood on toilet paper and/or stool. I have a prescribed internal cream which is helping but she wants to do a colonoscopy. If I were to

Lactulose
Anyone taking Lactulose for constipation? I was prescribed it after not having a bowel movement for 10 days and no relief. Now today I called my dr. and they doubled the dose for me to take. If I don't go by tommorow I have to go in and have them take exrays. This is so embarresing especially if they

Sleep Paralysis?
Evening all! Quick question, does anyone else experience sleep paralysis? I remember one occasion in my teens but it’s frequent now. I’m lucky in that I get it when I’m falling asleep rather than when waking up which I believe is way more terrifying! It’s also not frightening, but I get stuck between

Histology Report
Well my histology report has come back indicating that the prime site for my mucinous cancer is the small intestine. It then spread to my left ovary which appeared to be the primary site on the CT scans? Obviously it wasn't. I am now being transferred from my breast/gyni oncologist to a bowel cancer

Lynch syndrome ovarian cancer
Hi everyone, I had an open abdominal hysterectomy 4 years ago. I had strange abdominal pain and, looking back, my stomach had increased in size/I was feeling full quicker and then had episodes of extreme fatigue and flu like symptoms. They found a large cyst through scans on my right ovary which they

First days on Amitiza - input needed
Recently diagnosed w/IBS-C. Although I "go"every day - it's smaller/thinner/less solid. I tried all 3 doses of Linzess but discontinued b/c of severe cramping and diarrhea issues. Today I took dose 1 of Amitiza. Although side effects less severe than w/Linzess, I'm wondering if this is something
