Dream job
I can't see an updated document regarding Hep B and nursing but this 2007 one covers clearance of new staff with Hep B, Hep C, TB and HIV to work in nursing.

The Hepatitis B trust may be able to advise you better on the ins and outs. hepbpositive.org.uk/nhs-emp...
The college or university you wish to study at may also provide guidance.
Best wishes in persuing your dream career.

As far as I am aware your Hepatitis B status should not stop you from being accepted for nurse training but you definitely need to check with the occupational health department of the place you intend to apply.

The status of hepatitis group B does not prevent people from receiving medical education. You can become a professional doctor or nurse as far as I know. No law will restrict you from this activity. You can even become a military nurse after training. For example, you have the right to join the Red Cross and help those in need. Of course, you should be ready to help soldiers both at home and in foreign countries. Such an outcome of events is quite likely if you decide to become a military nurse.
