Fasting - what is your experience like?
yesterday evening i saw full moon, it mentioned me the year ago - i was experimenting with fasting every month, when moon got on full phase. So i decided, next two days i am going to no-eating :) .. 3rd week on weight loss diet
I had lost 10lb on me first week starting the weight loss plan for 12 weeks it is now my 3rd week I have now lost 1 and a half stone my starting weight was 22 stone 13 ponds i am so happy with the results so far :)

I am suffering from diabetes for the last 7 years. I take Lantus insulin (16 units ) daily at night, Amaryl M 2 before Breakfast and Dinner and Janumet 50/500 with Lunch. Still my blood sugar levels don't come down to normal.It comes out 120-150 on Fasting and 160-220 PP.What should I do for lowering
