Final Path Report After RALP (Dad - 74, G7- 4+3) , what’s next ?
Could it have advanced that quickly or was it just not picked up during the MRI /
Biopsy
. With the above should we be considering waiting on the PSA results or proactively consider ADT + Radiation as an option.

Gut and hands!
After two gastroscopies, gut biopsies, numerous blood tests (largely inconclusive) and finally a skin
biopsy
, I was diagnosed with scleroderma in June 2019.

Never ending balanitis and lichen sclerosus
I had this circumcision 30 days ago, and the
biopsy
result was lichen sclerosus. The surgeon said "It was lichen sclerosus, now it is not."

Should Perineural Invasion (PNI) change my Radiation Treatment Plan
Duke did a 2nd opinion on Inova Pathology report from November
biopsy
(Should have done this earlier from Johns Hopkins). Duke pathology report was almost identical with the exception of downgraded one core from 3+4=7 to 3+3=6. BUT, added Perineural Invasion (PNI) to 1 of the 3+4=7 cores.

EDS and LS?
My gynae initially said it was eczema but then said I should seek a specialist gynae with a microscope to do a
biopsy
as LS can cause squamous cell carcinoma or vulvar carcinoma. From what I’ve researched , LS is an autoimmune connective tissue condition .

4K test says H. What now?
I'm curious about what 2nd directed
biopsy
will show. The first one the doctor did get to anomalous tissue that he had analyzed (last year) and said it was pre-cancerous cells. I assume the directed
biopsy
(with a MRI guidance) will take those cells and determine what they've become.

I had a
biopsy
in Coventry (Dr Brosens) as we’ve had 3 failed transfers with top embryos and it has shown results which are more in keeping with recurrent miscarriages (which I’ve never had, never had a positive test) rather than implantation failure.

Could it be MS?
Long story short, after months of labs and test, I had a liver
biopsy
which indicated a high lever of stored iron (my liver iron was 12000 when the normal should be 1800 max - no i did not accidentally add a 0 🙃).

Biopsy Today- Looking for a quick response -Thanks
The same Urologist ordered a
Biopsy
which she described in a message to me as taking 6-8 core samples, she then passed me on to an oncologist. I asked the oncologist why only 6-8 samples in the
biopsy
when most I had read about took 12-24 samples?

Request for Input
He referred my husband to a urologist who confirmed PCa with a
biopsy
and in turn referred us to a surgeon. We also met with a radiologist. We chose the surgery. Things went bad due to an adverse reaction to Toradol postop that caused acute kidney failure and 11 days in the hospital.

Finance in UK vs fitting treatment abroad around work? 🤷🏻♀️
I’m currently waiting for 2nd

Simulation
The valium helped with my procedure last week-I wish I had taken some before the
biopsy
. Will I need to take something before the simulation, or is it pain free?

Do they
biopsy
it said iLL defined margins? And my hemoglobin is teetering around 8.0 The nephrologist has put me through the wringer with tests after I’ve told and told over and over it’s anemia of a chronic disease. First was stupid colonoscopy cause stool card thingie was positive.

Burning tongue "syndrome": nerve-related ?
I wasn't quick enough, as I'd just been told that I would need a
biopsy
for a mass in roof of my mouth - which luckily turned out to be infection from an abscess from three years ago.

Need practical advice re:RRP for 76 year-old in fair shape
Finally, this is premature, but obviously they will
biopsy
the removed tissue- despite the clean PSMA, is there a real chance there could be residual cancer somehow, and if that was your situation, how soon and what type of radiation did you have?
