I have had a lip
biopsy
and various bloods and having more bloods this week, but looking like at the moment I have Undifferentiated Connective Tissue Disease which rheum tells me can develop into lupus (hopefully not!).

Just getting started
Later came the guided
Biopsy
with 12/15 cores positive with Stage 9 PC. Lastly, we had a PSMA PET scan which showed no spread outside the prostate. Ended up at MRiT3N0 M0 staging. The location of the lesion makes RALP complicated.

venesections over the long term
I was diagnosed with PV in January 21 when I was being treated for a malignant melanoma and the surgeon wanted to do a lymph node
biopsy
. my red blood cell count at that time was around 0.8. The cancer was removed and I have had a large number of venesections since then.

Upset after consultation
Hi everyone. Sorry for long post but I think it helped me writing this out. I just had a consultation with rheumatologist which didn't go well. I had antibiotics back in Feb and came off the Baricitinib for a week and then was referred for colonoscopy/biopsies. I spoke to helpline and nurse said

Low mosaic aneuploid embryos reclassified as euploid
This might be because the abnormality was only ever present in ‘placental cells’ (where the
biopsy
was taken from) and not in foetal cells, or it might be that the embryo is somehow able to ‘correct’ the abnormality as the embryo develops.

Figured out what back/side issues are BUT nothing works...
So right now I am treating a strange skin thing (waiting to see
biopsy
report...something about skin thickening....sounds gross) and waiting on lots of blood work so I can start Actemra. The doc thinks my RA might be involved. I am not so sure....but will do whatever.

Newbie: Treatment Decisions and Pet Scan PYLARIFY PMSA
Biopsy
took 14 cores and 7 show cancer. I’m 66 in very good health except the PC. Father died of PC in 1987 so there’s family history. Looking at both radiation and surgery at 2 places. One here in Richmond, VA and other at Penn Med in Philadelphia.

High risk treatment - go conventional or experimental?
I thought I'd come aboard and get some feedback. 58 yrs old great health except for Gleason 4+4 = 8, in 3/6
biopsy
cores (one side of prostate). Not sure why they only took 6 cores. PSA 24.1 back in November.

The result of
biopsy
will be known on Tuesday. So, most probably, this is stage iv metastatic disease. He had been healthy and active person and as you can imagine we were devastated to hear the news.

PSA rate of decline in ADT with ductal type cancer?
They’ve done nothing since Eligard and a PET in September while we continue to wait for bone marrow
biopsy
that’s been delayed after a six week wait already.

1st Bone Marrow Biopsy
I just had my first bone marrow
biopsy
yesterday. I have been dealing with MBL / CLL over the last decade and my count is around 50. I do not really have any symptoms except swollen lymph nodes in the neck and groin. I am 52 years old, quite fit (exercise hard 5 times a week) and work full time.

Rheumy asked how they came to that conclusion and if they did a
biopsy
.. well No
Biopsy
, allergist and Dermy saw all of my pictures, food diary, normal allergy blood panel and tryptase, supposedly there were positive antibodies? I don’t think i saw them. And believe it’s secondary to Lupus.

Recurrence and Arasec Phase 3
Biopsy
confirms adenocarcinoma. Tomorrow we meet with MO and Arasec coordinators. We'll get treatment plans then. Tonight's question is about PSA numbers. Paul has never had a number above 45. In August his PSA started creeping up from .02 after a 2.5 years ADT vacation and remission.
