Hi everyone,
I hope you’re all doing well. It’s been a while since I’ve been on here and thought I’d share a quick update. 1. My daughter is making some progress with ED and will be stepping down in the program (positive progress). 2. We put an offer on a house and are thankfully coming towards the end of our stay in this rental, yay! They’re putting up apartments behind the house and are starting at 6:30 am with construction and beeping noises are constant. I can’t wait to move. The house needs alot of work but I’m excited to roll up my sleeves and hoping they accept our offer and or come to an agreement.
3. I’ve been accepted into a online university and will start in January. 40 of my credits transferred and couldn’t be more thrilled. Grand Canyon University focuses on one class per semester and it’s 7/8 week long course. As someone with word/ brain issues this couldn’t be more perfect and would recommend to anyone; they are based out of AZ.
4. had another appointment with the Dermatologist and they told me after all my allergy tests that they agree I have Autoimmune Chronic Urticaria. Rheumy asked how they came to that conclusion and if they did a biopsy.. well No Biopsy, allergist and Dermy saw all of my pictures, food diary, normal allergy blood panel and tryptase, supposedly there were positive antibodies? I don’t think i saw them. And believe it’s secondary to Lupus. So besides Raynauds and anti phospholipid antibodies positive, my dry eyes are said to be due to Lupus too. I guess it’s curious because this is the only disease I’ve had normal range antibodies for, yet I fit the criteria/ check the boxes. Sometimes the body is a weird and curious thing. Taking Nimodipine twice a day and Zoloft once a day and both have made a huge difference. Still hace my pain and bad days but am feeling like a different person with hope. I keep praying to have more better days. 💗
