hi all

I had a bilbarium swap on my throat yesterday as I have trouble swallowing even a tiny tablet I can choke on or take 5mins to swallow.i also do this with food which is highly embarrassing especially when out for a meal. It was painless & didn't take long

I have NAFLD

had a biopsy which is back now took ages as went to Addenbrooks

biopsy showed NAFLD

arthralgia

fatty liver disease all of which can be corrected by diet & exercise & am working on that

I have autoimmune diseases which play a big part of all thus. Any one have any thoughts on this?
