Well what did you have for Sunday diner today?
Well today I pulled my calories in from my blow out yesterday. However after saying that I didn't go over my budgeted daily calories allowance. So today I have roasted a large chicken in butter and seasoning. Sprinkled chicken oxo on prior to cookingm I made cauliflower cheese ie home made cheese sauce

Having a bad week
So, I am having a horrendous week, with quite a bit of stress. I have taken my eye of the ball a bit, (not massively, have just been 'relaxed' about what I eat) and expecting this week to be a maintain rather than a loss. Which is ok I guess. I just arrived home from work desperate for a binge. Just

Hyperhidrosis and bromohidrosis getting me down, any advice?
I've suffered with hyperhidrosis and bromohidrosis for years, I've had botox twice in the past which has worked wonders but obviously wears off. I hope to ask my gp for a referral for a further both session, but in the mean time, I'm getting more and more embarrassed by my conditions. Does anyone have

Morning All, it's a lovely day here today, I've been picking tomatoes and blueberries, shall have both for lunch. I've cooked some berrries in my Lakeland soup heating mug with 2 tsps sugar, I'll top that with 1 tbsp double cream and reckon that will be 80 calories. I'm on a high having lost a couple

Sweating
Hi can anyone please tell me if it is just me or a thyroid symptom. Since reducing my medication I noticed today when I went to the sauna today it took me half an hour to sweat when I had my previous dosage of thyroxine I would sweat within five mins or so. I used to wonder many years ago why I didn't

3 Easy Weight Loss Tips That Worked For Me
Hi Everyone! You may have come across these tips already, but in case you haven't here goes: 1. Start the day with the juice of a whole lemon squeezed into a glass of warm water. It helps your body burn the fat apparently! 2. Eat apples. Snack on them between meals. The pectin in them helps stop your

Hypnotherapy update
Having asked for people's experiences of hypnotherapy earlier in the summer, my daughter has now had 6 sessions and, as promised, here is my feedback. So far the experience has been positive. This may be in part due to the choice of therapist who also suffered from anorexia in her teens. This has

Day 3 Detox- I feel AMAZING
Hi guys, So I know a lot of you warned me off this detox diet, but I fell absolutely amazing! I am not very hungry at all on it, in fact the only time I feel really hungry is usually about this time in the morning, just before I'm about to have my snack. It isn't as restrictive as many of you thought

Day 2 Detox Diet
On day 2 of my detox diet. Feel fairly slim this morning, don't know how much I weigh though. I was going to go to the gym yesterday but my mum popped round un-expectantly so I cooked us dinner and we watched a film. I stuck to my guns when it came to the diet though- just had a big bowl of steamed green

Knowing your triggers
I don't know if anyone else is like me but I'm at the stage on this journey where it's quite easy to pick healthier meals and portion sizes. Yay right?! because it has been a six month journey to here so I'm celebrating the success. But (of course there's a but/butt😉), in between those three meals and

Sweet potato for supper
First time I have baked a sweet potato at home. Had it with lightly fried mushrooms and courgette and 25g grated cheddar. Also tried a dollop of onion and chive cottage cheese for the first time, only to discover I LOVE it! Overall I think I find sweet potatoes quite a strong flavour so I'd prefer
