Hi community this is my first post, I was very recently diagnosed with crohns, I had an appointment with the gastroenterologist yesterday and he has started me on Pentasa 4 a day. Anyone else on this? Has it helped? Thanks

I was on pentasa last year for about four weeks and it was useless but you will never know it might help you. The treatment I find most beneficial is prednisolone but obviously this is only a short term solution.

Hi, my adult son has been on Pentasa for a year and it has been the best year since diagnosis.

Hope it works for you.
