Gutted
So a week in, 8 days of not drinking alcohol and eating fairly healthily (much better than past 3 weeks) and what do I have to show for it? Nothing, not even half a pound off. Totally gutted. Any suggestions! This is my breakfast today - 238 kCal all weighed and counted: 1 banana, 30g Bran Flakes, 1

My 1 year binge-eating free anniversary
I have just noticed in my calendar that today was my 1 year

free anniversary. I have been binging since my teenage years and it was driving me crazy. Then last year a miracle happened... I was on a business trip, sitting in a hotel room with sweets, potato chips and cola on my bed.

Week Four.
So thanks to working in an office, earlier this week I got sick with a bad cold, nasty cough, ear infection and so on. So remained at work, but last workout was on Tuesday (eep). After Christmas I had gained 3 of the 4 pounds back (thanks mum hah). But am keeping an eye on my consumption of sweets. And

Help with urinary problems
Hi all, I have had problems with my bladder for about the past 5 or 6 years. My symptoms are loss of sensation to urinate from my bladder (I get the sensation to urinate from my urethra). This hasn't caused any incontinence and I've had tests etc and no problems with pelvic floor muscles etc! Even though

Soul searching
It's strange. I've had a lifetime of battling with my weight and body image issues and an addiction to binging. My weight has oscillated between being underweight (not that often!) to "healthy" and up to severely obese...and then back down again...and then back up again!! When I am on a healthy diet

Apparantly everything came back normal but Vitamin D has 'review' next to it for the dr to review with me at my appointment on Monday. My Vitamin D is '32' apparently. Is that deficient? Another Newbie! :)
Hi guys I'm a 21 year old student who has coped with stress through an unhealthy relationship with food. I know its important to break habits so I'm trying to get through this year without stress eating, which has been going well so far as I'm taking an easier year. And to stop eating out and getting

Just need to have a moan...
Evening guys, I've come on tonight to have a bit of a moan. My big toe is so very painful atm, that it's driving me to distraction. Even a sock is hurting it, so much so that it actually takes my breath away. It's not even an ingrowing toenail like is what usually causes the issues on my toes. It's painful

Feeling lost
I'm really just looking for some suggestions on how to get myself out of this pit of misinformation and confusion as to what "normal eating" looks like and wondering if anyone has been through a similar issue (or have any solutions/tips?). A little back story - I have a history of eating disorders,

Another bad penny turning up again ๐
Good evening everyone ๐. I have had rather a rather large wobble from my chosen path of weight loss during December. My only saving grace is that in comparison to every other year, I have kept nearer to the path, and have not just thought 'sod it' as I have done previously. I am forever curious as

Trying to get back on my feet
๐ญ I tried so hard making great choices
eating
out, and then just eaten like a
binge
eater since. What the heck??!! Any psychology behind that??!! I have been pretty unwell and under pressure at work. But still. I'm almost the same weight as when I started.

How do I know if I have Bulimia?
I'm 15 and I am constantly worried about my weight and size, I weigh myself multiple times a day. Sometimes I won't eat anything all day then feel good about it when I throw up. I have other days where I binge eat everything like chocolate, but the thing is after I binge eat I never make myself throw
