Cheesy /Nutritional yeast and arthritis relief
I recently read about a woman from Alaska who was using nutritional/cheesy yeast in her cooking and baking. She is said to have great relief with her arthritis after eating this . Apparently the high Niacin content helps symptoms of Arthritis. Has anybody on here tried it or had any success with this

Low TSH on no meds - should I be concerned or not?
Hi I have been poorly since contracting Lyme disease in the summer so have been thinking if thyroid problem could be at the root of my fatigue and other symptoms, or at least hindering my recovery (symptoms like extreme fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, weird eyesight, tinnitus, dry skin and so on). Blood result advice please
Hi All, It’s been a while and with all the madness of the last year I recently realised I had missed my annual thyroid check. Paid to have a medicheck one this week. I am not sure if my previous results are available on here so have put images in comments of trends. But my basic history is that thanks

Whoops! Taken biotin
You're supposed to stop biotin a week before your tests right? They only test thyroid not vitamins (have fought for it but no I'll have to get those privately). Took biotin last night (tue). Didn't take for a few days before yesterday. Tests are on Fri. Do you think I need to push my tests back so

Chapter 17. I dream of the revolution that must come... 2/2.
This is chapter 17 of a book I published in 2015, "A Different Way of Looking at Parkinson's. Almost 20 years of experience with my father's disease (1994-2012)" (only in Spanish). Although we have learned a lot more since that year, I think it can still be useful to most sufferers and family members

I've just had a dexa scan. I had my last one in May 2020 (before diagnosis) which showed mild to moderate osteopenia. Since August 2020 I've been on prednisolone and a Calcium and Vit D supplement (as well as magnesium, biotin, Vit B complex) so I wanted to see whether or not my osteopenia had become
