Don’t know if this is significant but I had my first dose of covid vaccine in January then 3 weeks later I got shingles on my upper torso
I had my second dose of vaccine 3 weeks ago and now I have neuralgia which is also shingles I found out
I have never experienced shingles in my life and have been told that it’s not connected to vaccine but I have my own theory and it’s too coincidentle .

Oh poor you, Shingles is suppose to be so painful.
And that’s the worry of having vaccines with autoimmune conditions that risk reactivating dormant virus' when compromised immune systems are challenged. Shingles is a reactivation of chickenpox that you might have had a child? Just in one nerve root so localised, instead of all over your body.
Hope you feel better soon ☺️. I’m having my second jab this Thursday 🤞
Yes, same thing happened to a parent of friend got shingles after vaccine. A friend of mine had severe reaction to vaccine and when hospitalised they tried to her it was stress! I’m not anti vacc at all but I’m saddened by the denial of a lot of these issues. Even around blood clots, which I know is a tiny risk. But still been a change of tune. I definitely think Covid is dangerous and most should get vaccinated.
As tattybogle has pointed out, there are dedicated threads to report vaccination experiences so I will close this post and perhaps you would like to add your experiences to those threads to keep all vaccine related posts together.
