I failed to obtain results received by MMH on 18-11-21 as blood was haemolised. There was no results on the log, & I thought the sample hadn't reached the UK lab. I was so brain fogged that I had to be prompted by a member to get in touch with the lab! It seems that the lab had sent a replacement kit

Niacin & butyric acid
Does anyone here take niacin with butyric acid (or just one or the other). Do you feel confident that it has helped you or is it unclear?

Are these results reliable considering that I did not cease taking B complex a week before the blood test?
Hi all here are the blood results for my thyroid blood test on 15 November 21. Sample was taken at 11 30 am. Did not take any thyroid meds on day of test only drank water. Unfortunately, I did not stop taking B complex a week before the blood test. TSH 0.5. 0.27 - 4.2 T4 19.5 12 - 22.

Multivitamins and minerals
Hallo, I am new here, 67 years old and have fibromyalgia. My hair has been thinning a bit for the last few years but about 5 months ago it got worse. When I looked at my hair under a light from above I saw my scalp!!! I panicked, did a lot of research....it is probably due to stress... called alopecia

B complex
Hi all just wondering if anyone takes a b complex vitamin? Was thinking of dripping my b12 100ug and starting to take a complex instead which obviously includes b12. Just mainly for that but also biotin. Having issues with losing a lot of hair than what I'm used to.

Methotrexate 6weeks on
Just had my 6 week review on Methotrexate. Everything okay at the moment, only noticeable sides effects so far is waking up an hour earlier every day and more hair coming out than usual when I wash it. My folic acid has been increased to 6 x week and I have been told I can take Biotin as it will not

Hi everyone, I had terrible pain in my left hip and down the thigh to just above knee last week and was worried in case it was to do with my hip replacement. However on Sunday I noticed a crop of lumpy red spots on my hip which were itchy. Called the surgery Monday morning and got a call back from GP

Thoughts on my blood results
Hi I have just received my latest blood results (Attached) and I am rather confused as TSH is higher than my usual level and T3 is lower end of range , I was thinking I am under medicated. However my T4 is very high! My question is why is my T4 so high? I stopped all my supplements 9 days before test

Food Tolerance Tests?
Does anyone out there have any opinion on food tolerance tests for helping the inflammation of Lupus? Are they worth the money? Have they helped? I have just read an article on how they helped someone with Lyme's Disease. Is it just a silly question? Any advice or discussion would be great/helpful.
