Cramps 5 days post IUI
So I had my IUI 5 days ago now and today I’m super crampy. I had cramps the day of the insemination but then it seemed to ease. Today they’re back though :(. Don’t know if this is normal. Had any one experienced anything similar?

Trying to be excited and happy for my brother!
So my sister in law and my brother are expecting. When I found out it upset me a little, a bit of sadness, jealously you name it, who knows. I just want it to be our time! Anyway I found out about 2 months ago and today they sent my mum a balloon to reveal the gender. It’s a boy. I should be happy

IUI complete 2WW commences
Second IUI was completed this morning and I am glad OH was not in hospital and was able to come this time round. It actually hurt a bit today, i felt the catheter going in and I was in a bit of pain and super crampy so I was glad OH was there for support and to drive. Pessaries start tomorrow night

IUI tomorrow!!!
The clinic called after my appointment this morning apparently my blood combined with ultrasound look good for insemination tomorrow. Bit nervous as the tech only found one dominant follicle at 17mm. But I just keep telling myself one is all it takes. Trigger shot done and IUI booked in for 10:30

2nd IUI cycle 1st scan
So my mind is eased a little I found out they definitely do Inseminations all weekend. I had bloods taken and my first ultrasound for this cycle. Apparently my bowls were super active and it was hard to see what was going on but they managed to find one follicle measuring at 17mm. Depending on my bloods

Next step IUI after IVF
Hi everyone, it’s been a while since I’ve been on after third failed cycle in the summer. Congratulations to those who have had their long awaited BFPs and hugs to those still waiting. We finally had our follow up meeting today after failed 3rd cycle in August - I think we’d been forgotten about but

Feeling a little stressed
Going through our second IUI cycle and I'm getting a little stressed. Things seem to be going slower this time around and I keep thinking what if they miss my ovulation day and get things wrong. Stressing myself out but trying to remind myself that they must know what they are doing, they do this as

Hi and help!
Sending love and positivity to all reading this. I’ve been a voyeur in forums for 8 years and thought it may do me some good to actually get involved! Been ttc for 8 long years, lots of misdiagnosis and pain and heartbreak. Currently about to undergo 4th iui attempt but being prepped with 5x2mg Progynova

Blood test
Day 4 of FSH injections and I’ve got my first blood test this morning before work. Hoping everything runs smoothly with this IUI cycle and we can have another shot at our miracle baby! Guess we will have to wait and see what the clinic says this afternoon when they schedule my next bloods and ultrasound

Surrogacy or donor egg???? Advice please
Hello. I hope you don’t mind. I saw a few ladies post and really need your adice. Is it difficult to do surrogacy in the UK? . Did you do it in the Uk? If so, did you incur any issues? Legally would the baby still be ours? In terms of cost, what kind of cost are we looking at? We are really worried

Omg, I’ve only gone and got a BP! Can not believe it. I darent test, it took a couple of hours for me to have the courage to test! 4 years since I first walked into the clinic, 4 failed iui, 2 failed fresh ivf and this was my only frozen embryo. Lucky last! Now the rest of the journey starts. I just

IUI cycle 2
Waiting on my period to arrive (Due Monday) so we can get underway with our second IUI cycle. Picking up the FSH injections and pessaries made me super nervous even though it’s the second time round but also super excited that we have another shot. What makes me feel so much more at ease this time

Lining issues
I hope you are all well! I was hoping for some advice. I have had 2 IVFs. 4 IUI and 1 further ivf this time last year. The last one was the only one that turned into a pregnancy and we miscarriages at 8 weeks, back in March this year. It broke my heart to finally get there and it to just be taken away

Same sex fertility consultation
Hey all, I’ve just had my initial appointment through the NHS for reciprocal IVF with my girlfriend. We were told that we are too young and this would need approving my senior clinicians and councillors despite that fact that we were also told we would have to fund the entire thing ourselves. I am 22
