My post is lost?
I wrote a post and thought I'd sent in but can't find it now. So a repost: I saw Dr Bortan today for a Botox treatment of my tremoring left arm. She asked how the Botox is helping. I said there's no wrinkles on my left arm. Then I mentioned I can't do a pull-up because my grip is weak. She suggested

Ventricular ectopics
So my current loop recorder has shown I get ventricular ectopics. My cardiologist doesn't seem overly concerned at the moment but when I have these I experience a sharp stabbing pain in the left side of the chest. Has anyone else had similar experiences with PVCs, should I be worried?

Pulsating Tinnitus
Hi! I’m a 70 y/o female and was diagnosed with Afib a year ago. I have had PVCs, PACs, SVEs since I was in my 20s. Bad thing is, I am aware and can feel almost every single irregular beat. And now, with pulsating tinnitus which I’ve had approximately six years, I can HEAR every single irregular beat

Who's right?
I was explaining to my wife about Vielight, the theory that FIR LEDS stimulate the striatal cells to function better. She countered that if light therapy was so good why isn't michael j fox et al doing it? I hate to sound paranoid but it seems that groups like Fox's Foundation have an interest

PVCs - trying to find triggers
Posted last year re a wave of bigeminy/PVCs that came on after each of the vaccines - mild ectopics in my life prior to that period once or twice a year if that! & always associated with e.g. too much booze/caffeine etc. Lost 3months across the two vaccine jabs, and whilst capturing worst of rythmns

Pvcs
Having severe PVC’s and looking for advice. Had them the past 3 weeks now and do get breaks from them but feel they are getting worse. Kardia constantly reads sinus rhythm with PVCs. Tend to wake up with them and they are there when I go to sleep. Have tried the breathing exercise but doesn’t seem to

Seven Natural Ways To Get Melatonin Without Side Effects That People Have Reported And Also Get Better Sleep
In this initial post I only mention two of the seven ways to increase melatonin without supplementing. To see the other five ways, you will have to scroll down into the thread and look at my replies in the lower part of this thread to see the other ways as I added them to the thread as I found them.

Is anyone currently or has tried medication for ADHD that has PVC’s normally?
Is anyone currently or has tried medication for ADHD that has PVC’s normally? Does medicine make it worse? Full disclosure, I have check ups with my cardiologists in which they state NOTHING is wrong with my heart and it’s just PVC’s. They stated it could be the T4 I take for my thyroid

NSVT or atrial flutter?
Do PVCs feel different to PACs? I'm getting short runs of ectopic beats (often 4 in a row), which I think might be NSVT. I'm used to experiencing AF, which feels light and chaotic compared to sinus rhythm, but these recent short runs feel more forceful than AF, and also feel regular - could they be ventricular

Cold Laser and EMDR!
On November 3rd 2021 I started seeing a new chiropractor who uses cold laser treatments. It’s like red light therapy on steroids. Look it up! My smell that was diminished is now almost normal. Gait and stiffness improved greatly. Little tremor I had is gone. Can Type 75% better! He does a laser treatment

What is lymphedema?
Author Mary Clare Fischer December 15, 2021 Six important things to know about the bodily fluid that can cause pain, swelling and sometimes more severe issues when it doesn’t move properly. It starts with swelling. Maybe you don’t notice it at first or dismiss it as temporary, a reaction to injury

Red Light Therapy
Just ordered the duo coronet from Well Red. Was diagnosed 6 years ago and just started with c/l 25-100 twice daily even though my Mds prescribed it for thrice daily . Can anyone please share their experience with the red light therapy and whether it has helped. Thanks.

Ectopics, estrogen and covid boosters
Hi, I haven't been here in a while but thought I would share my journey so far and have a quick moan 😉. I developed PVCs back in April, 4% load. Learned they were benign but was offered flecainide and atropolol if I wanted to try. That was a drug too many for me and I got cold feet. By this time I realised

8 months post ablations update
Hi all ending the year I just wanted to post a brief summary how things have developed since my ablation in April 2021. I think my recovery has followed a similar pattern as described by many others on this site. I have phased out meds approx. 6 months after surgery. I did not have any episodes since

Finally answers to use and understanding of Red Light Therapy?
I have posted before about being hesitant about starting Red Light Therapy. So many questions and contradictions. A fairly new red light company has covered almost any questions about light therapy via dozens of blogs on its web site. It answers questions in a fairly simplistic scientific manner.
