L-arginine

Did anyone take L-arginine on the lead up to FET and during the TTW? Did you continue it after positive test result? Or did you stop taking it? I think I should stop but I’m just not sure….. I had a faint positive line this morning, 8dp5dt. It’s really early days but I’m just not sure if I should continue taking it. It helps blood flow which obviously is a good thing, this makes me think maybe I should take it for a bit longer 🤯

Any advice would be really appreciated xx

Hi, I took it and them stopped after my transfer. I'm 8 weeks today and found out this week its twins! The embryo split. Best of luck xx

I took it and I stopped the day before transfer as that's what I got advised x

No problem at all. I also took vitamin D! I also drank pomegranate juice, ate pineapple core and 3 Brazil nuts a day if that helps. Wishing you lots of luck xx
