Cold, Allergy or non-allergic rhinitis?
Luckily, symptomatic treatment is about the same regardless: Old (type 1)
antihistamines
, decongestants & OTC cortisone nasal spray. And it was over in 3-4 days!

Second Spirometry Test
I had my repeat spirometry test today after 6 weeks of taking Spiriva & fosair. My Fev1 is now 103% (was 93%) my fvc is 134% (was 128%) fev1/fvc now 66% was (62%. The nurse says this still means there is a mild obstruction. I am.just trying to get it straight in my mind. Is it it worth taking the meds

Cat allergic symptoms and building a tolerance
Having seen my doctor, I am trying out daily
antihistamines
in the last week which so far are helping. I'm really keen to find out stories of anyone that has experienced a natural desensitisation to a pet cat where their asthma symptoms got better over time?

Several attacks..
I don’t understand why I keep having attacks, I’ve had 5 in the last three months, been upped on beclometasone then upped again to Fostair 100/6 to see how I am on that for now , testing
antihistamines
to see if dust mites are triggering it yet my peak flow is 350 or below most days which is my red zone

New to this forum
A prescription for
antihistamines
sorted that out but the chest infection persisted and the asthma became a real problem. Eventually I was prescribed 5days of prednisolone and a change of inhaler to Fostair 200/6 and at last after 6 weeks am starting to feel like my normal heathy self!

9 years since they first found the M2 antibodies, 16 years since my alk phos started being elevated. My story.
I was itchy too, made me crazy, my PCP kept treating the itch with benadryl and
antihistamines
which did not really help. I was tired because of waking up in the middle of the night scratching. I had no rash, just scratch marks all over.

Zero sex Drive - shall I come off all medication???
I have read a couple of things before about people stopping all of their medication (I’m on the desogesterol pill,
antihistamines
and anti allergies, steroid inhalers, synarel with HRTs) and they have had their libido return.

Beta Blockers
Daily
antihistamines
take off the worst of the itching, but I get rashes and some itching daily. According to the patient leaflet for Bisoprolol 1 to 10 people in 10,000 users of Bisoprolol get rashes and itching. I know I mustn't stop taking Bisoprolol, except under medical guidance.

Antihistamine & T3?
If I take T3 first thing in the morning when should I take an antihistamine and how would it help? As I hear it can with fillers and also with food intolerances so I’d like to introduce it into my diet

Low Vitamin B12 & Under active Thyroid
Hi everyone. I was at the doctors today and my Levothyroxine has been increased to 50mcg as my TSH level has went from 1.3 to 5.51. I've also had problems with my eyes for 12 weeks (since i was diagnosed as under active thyroid). I've posted before asking for advice as they are always puffy, swollen,

My story so far....
I was diagnosed with Normocomplementaric Urticarial Vasculitis in November '17 after 6 months of going backwards and forwards to my GP who didn't really have a clue what to do with me! In April '17 I had suddenly developed a horrid burning itchy 'rash' all over my body, including my face, which all
