Did Antidepressants (taking or stopping) cause your RLS
My RLS/PLMD began 2 days after a doctor-ordered rapid tapering of Sertraline (Zoloft) back in 2004. I’m wondering if there are others who’s RLS and/or PLMD began while taking or after discontinuing an antidepressant?

Not for everyone i agree but for me a change for the better.
Apart from heart medication which is essential that I must take,I took myself off all
antidepressants
, melatonin etc etc several months ago which i've been prescribed for many years. In my opinion they solve nothing in the long term, they can mess your head up and make us dependant on prescribed medication

When Anxiety Strikes
“One [thing] I have learned is to live for the day and the moment rather than looking back to the past or worrying about the future. I also have discovered that it is best to live within my limitations—to step back and take things easy if I’m having a bad day. Otherwise I only find myself frustrated

I am also taking mentioned
antidepressants
(venlafaxine and mirtazapine) every day. I also read that NAC can be helpful against inflammation and also as an adjunctive treatment with
antidepressants
, I am taking 1200mg of NAC daily (hope it is the right dosage). Plus curcumin.

Low Sodium
I am taking Fluoxetine it makes me feel quite well. The problem is that my sodium levels are too low. I know Fluoxetine can lower my sodium. I really don't want to change my antidepressant. Last time this happened I was put on Cipalatram I was very weepy. I am scared in case this happens again.

Could I have cirrhosis?
I am 28 years old. I have spider angiomas on my chest and palmar erythema on my hand. I used antipsychotic and antidepressant drugs for a long time. I have sometimes taken flu meds and roaccutane along with these meds. My doctor said it's nothing to worry about. But high direct bilirubin worries me.

Afraid of Permanent Damage/Dying
Everyone thinks I'm crazy and just need
antidepressants
. It feels like I'm dying or am near death. I don't eat and barely drink from a severe loss of appetite. I feel lost and afraid and just want to give up.

Swaying and tinnitus
She put me on
antidepressants
! I asked to be referred to a neurologist with a year's wait to be seen, so once again I went private ( pension money!) 2 consulations and another clear MRI. He suggested chronic migraine and high bp, putting me on more meds.

Mirtazapine withdrawal and tinittus - please help
Can anyone who has been in a similar position with increased tinittus when coming off this drug or other
antidepressants
please help me? I am desperate for answers. Will it eventually subside to my base level tinittus or am I resigned to the fact that for ever it will be at this level?

Has anyone tried Chinese Traditional Medicine to treat depression/anxiety/suicidal thoughts?
Since I tried many prescription
antidepressants
for over 11 years and received little benefit and many negative side effects, I decided to search for other treatments. I've read that Jin Wei Xiao Yao San works to help treat depression and anxiety.

I Hate The Numbness From Meds
I'm taking
antidepressants
for my C-PTSD and depression. The pain is gone but I feel neutral, like no emotions, it's weird and I'm not a fan of it tbh. I've been taking them for two days.

For depressed and on antidepressants
Plus,
antidepressants
packed another 30 pounds on my already hefty body. I struggle daily. But try to find other rewards. A good book or video or talking to a friend you haven't spoken to. It's hard and a battle, you are not alone.

A diary of (hopefully) achieving a diagnosis
I convinced myself it was all just in my head and took my
antidepressants
, thinking I was just destined to always feel horrid. The past few months it has reached a point where I refuse to carry on like this.

Two types of drugs you may want to avoid for the sake of your brain: Anticholinergic drugs and Benzodiazepines
The strongest anticholinergic drugs include some antihistamines, tricyclic
antidepressants
, medications to control overactive bladder, and sleeping pills. Benzodiazepines boost another neurotransmitter's effectiveness.
