I certainly understand about depression and eating being somewhat of a reward. Plus, antidepressants packed another 30 pounds on my already hefty body. I struggle daily. But try to find other rewards. A good book or video or talking to a friend you haven't spoken to. It's hard and a battle, you are not alone.
